Learning Outcome Activities I increased my debate and leadership skills during the Increased awareness of your AJBM and I further improve my own strengths and areas for organizational skills thanks to growth my role as staff of the Andinos workshop. Being a staff of a international workshop, andinos, is the first time I have been a part of something so import and so complicated. The experience Undertaken new challenges was amazing and now I want to embark in further challenges such as this, my next goal is to facilitate the AJBM and if possible the IJBC of next year. organized meetings in both of
these fields. Apart from also planning several activities in the Andinos workshop of this year. PI had to work collaboratively with other in the Jb with the JB Board, in CISV with both the Board and the leaders groups, and in the Andinos Workshop with the international group of staff from Colombia and Peru I showed perseverance in the goals I set for my role as NJR which were to have atleast one activity per month and have a weekly update on everything JB related through social media. Both of this objectives have been accomplished so far even with exams and other external factor making this harder for me. Through AJBM and the Andinos workshop we dicussed issues of global importance such as the limitations on freedom of speech, the conflict between religion in certain parts of the world, and in a much broader level we address the issue of how to resolve conflict through a peacefull and effective manner. As a result of several debates about the current conflicts going on around the world, specially the events at the Charlie Hebdo offices and the current conflicts between Costa Rica and Nicaragua. I evaluated different aspects of my actions due to the impact of the testimonies and opinions which arose in both the meetings of AJBM and Andinos Amongst the new skills I developed I consider the most important to be group facilitating. Before I thought I had a good understanding of
how to do this effectively but
after the Andinos Workshop I now realize the key aspects which differentiate a person from facilitating discussions or activities and participating and leading the activity.
