programdesignedforensuringthecontinuanceofwhitedominanceandcontrol.AllAfrican
Americanshaveexperiencedtheburdenofthisappliedpsychologicalconditioning,somemore
severelythanothershave.ItisexperiencedeverytimeanAfricanAmericanreadanewspaper,
watchestheeveningnews,orlistenstoaradioreportsreceivingandacceptingtheirraciallybiased
propagandadeliberatelyimplyingwhitesuperiorityandBlackinferiority.Tothedetrimentofmany
AfricanAmericans,ithasbeenanextremelyeffectiveatconditioningthemtoacceptthedominance
ofWhitesandwhiteinstitutionsovertheirlives.
TheAmericangovernmenthasasecretelementwithinit.Thissecretelementequatestobeinga
secretgovernmentconcealedwithinanexistingpublicgovernment.Whilethefaceofthepublic
governmentisonewhichprofessesequalityforallofAmericascitizens,howevertheunrelenting
commitmentofthesecretgovernmentistoensurethecontinuanceofAmericaswhitedominance
andcontrolregardlessofwhoisactuallyPresident.Tomeetthissecretnationalinterestandracist
objectivethesecretgovernmenthasbeenworkingfordecadesbehindthescenesdevelopingand
implementingmanyclassifiedprogramsdefendingitswhitestatuesqueagainstitsminority
population.
Historyacknowledgesthatthissecretgovernmenthasbeenunrelentinglyengagedinmanyunethical
programsdefendingitspositionofwhitedominanceagainstitsBlackpopulation.Asseenafterthe
abolishmentofslaverywhereinitsmethodsofusingracist,oppressivetreatmentofitsBlack
populationwasreincarnatedintoJimCrowinequalitiesmaintainedbyregionalauthoritiesand
condonedbytheU.S.Government.AGovernmentalcondoningthatfacilitatedanational
environmentofwhereinwhichAfricanAmericanswerebrutallymistreated,lynchedandweremade
victimsofmanydeviousstrategiesandmethodsthatpreventedthemfrombecomingregistered
voters.AndletusnotforgetthehorrificTuskegeeexperimentsoroftheCIAsinvolvementin
floodingtheBlackcommunitiesofLosAngeleswithdrugsandhighpoweredweaponry.Because
theseblatantracistmethodsusedinthepasttoensureanddefenditswhitedominancearenow
morallyandsociallyunacceptable,thissecretgovernmentdevelopedamorecovertandsophisticated

methodofmeetingthisobjective.Itnowusesthenationalmediasprovenmassmanipulating
capabilitiestoconditionitsBlackpopulationtonotonlyacceptwhitedominanceovertheirlives,but
toalsopreferit.
TheconstantbombardmentofdeplorablynegativeimageriesofthemselvesthatofwhichAfrican
Americanaresoconstantlyinundatedwiththroughtotallywhitecontrolledmediaoutletsisa
deliberatelydesignedmortifyingpsychosocialprogram.Itisapsychosocialprogramthatprovidesthe
secretgovernmentwithaverysophisticatedandcovertmethodofcontrollingtheperceptionsofits
Blackpopulation.ItstreatmentofAfricanAmericansistointentionallysubjectthemtoseeingonly
thefraudulentlyworstinthemselveswhileimplyingthattheyrespectonlywhites.Itusesthenational
mediatodisseminatepropagandathatraciallydevaluesitsBlackpopulationwhileintentionally
perpetuatingwhitesuperiority.
Thisisdonethroughanimmensecampaignoffalsederogatorymisinformationandfalsenegative
mediareportsandstatisticsthatarecreatedbythesecretgovernmentandthenleakedtoits
collaboratorsinthenewsmedia.ThesefalseinformationaboutAfricanAmericansarethen
disseminatedunrelentinglyeverywhereitisdeliberatelyperpetuatedthroughnewsreleasesin
magazinearticles,radio,television,pressreleases,documentaries,andfalsecensusreports.However,
theweaponisnotinhowthemessageiscarried,butisinsteadwithinthemessagesthatitcarriesand
howthesemessagesperpetuateandframethemythofWhitesracial,moral,andethicalsuperiority
overitsBlackpopulation.
Thisconceptofmanipulationworksbyaffectingtheunconsciousmindthroughdeception.Its
weaponisthemessagethatitcarriesandthewaythatitadverselyaffectsthetargetedrecipientgroup
intermsoftheirbehavior.TothedetrimentofmanyAfricanAmericansthissystemofapplied
psychologicalconditioninghasbeenanextremelyeffective.ItsunrelentingdailyassaultontheBlack
psycheengendersfeelingsofselfdoubt,selfloathing,anddistrustamongtheirgroup.Italso
developsprofoundfeelingsofinternalizedselfcontemptthatpulverizesBlackunityandhaltsBlack
upwardmobility.IttotallydetachesAfricanAmericanssenseofracialunityandcohesionandalso
totallydetachesthemfromtheirsenseofpowerandrealitywhileinsinuatingthattheyadmire,
respect,andtrustonlyWhites.
Governmentagentswhospecializeinpsychiatry,massmanipulationthroughpropaganda,andsocial
engineeringanalyzesurveillanceinformationgatheredaboutitsBlackpopulation.Decisionsarethen
madeonwhichfraudulentstoriestoproducetobestnegativelydefineandgarnercertain
psychologicalfeelingsamongthetargetedgroupthatbenefitsthesecretgovernmentsagendaof
maintainingtheU.S.whitedominanceandcontrol.ItsoverrepresentationofBlackcrimesandgrossly
exaggeratedstatisticsofBlackonBlackviolencewithinthispsychosocialprogramareintentionally
designedtocreatefear,hatred,anddistrustthusmoldingthecharacterofdisunityandselfhatred
amongtheBlackcommunity.[Blacksownpersonalnegativeexperiencesandinteractionswiththeir
fellowBlacksmerelythenconfirmtheprogramsperpetuatedmessagethatitistheythataretheir
ownworstenemies].
TheultimategoalofthisgovernmentalpsychosocialtreatmentofAfricanAmericansistodestroythe
Blackunityandcohesionthatwashistoricallythecornerstoneofcivilrightsgainsandthatwasa
crucialfactorofthesurvivalofAfricanAmericansthroughmorethanfourhundredyearsofwhite
racialoppression.LogicdictatesthatgiventhatunityandcohesionamongAfricanAmericanswas
responsibleforthedemiseofWhiteAmericaspastsystemofblatant,institutionalizedracism,then
destroyingthisunitywouldbeanessentialobjectiveofthispsychologicalmanipulationprogram.
TothedetrimentofmanyAfricanAmericans,thismassiveappliedpsychosocialprogramhasbeenan
extremelyeffective.IthassuccessfullyconditionedmanyAfricanAmericanstoacceptthe
dominanceofWhitesandwhiteinstitutionsovertheirlivesbymisleadingthemtobelievethatthey
are,themselves,theirownworstenemies,thereforeengenderinganaberrationofinternalizedself

contemptthatpulverizesBlackunityandhaltsBlackupwardmobility.Furthermore,itisthemost
detrimentallyproficientracistsystemeverdeploredagainstAfricanAmericansbecausemostremain
totallyobliviousofitsexistence.Itisattherootofboththeprofounddivisionandselfhatrednow
afflictingsomanyBlackAmericansandisattheheartofinternalizedfeelingsofsuperioritythat
manywhitespossess.
THISPROGRAMALSOJUSTIFIESBLACKMISTREATMENT
Thenextstageofthegovernment'soperationagainsttheblackpopulationistheattackstage.The
secretgovernmentalsousesthedeplorabledepictionsofitsBlackpopulationtojustifytheir
mistreatmentortomakeothersinsensitivetotheirplight.Afterseveralyearsofthisnegative
psychosocialprogramaboutAfricanAmericans,theAmericanpublicwillhavetheiropinionsformed
regardingitsBlackpopulation.TheAmericanpeoplewillbeconvincedthatthemistreatmentofits
Blackpopulationisnotonlyjustified,butisalsoabsolutelynecessary.ThesecretGovernment
createsfearandhatreditsBlackpopulation.ThenitwillusethisfearandhatredtheAmericanpeople
feeltodeliberatelyfosteranationalconsensualsettingforthemistreatmentandsuppressionofits
Blackpopulation.Thisiswhatmassmanipulationexpertsrefertoasengineeredconsent.Hitlers
PropagandaexpertsimplementedthesameprogramagainsttheJewsasaprecursortothegas
chambers.Thismassivepsychosocialprogramalsocreatesanationalclimatethatisinsensitivetothe
plightofAfricanAmericansthusfosteringaconsensualnationalsettingofwhereinwhichBlacks
aremoreeasilymistreatedandsuppressed.Thispsychosocialprogramsdistorteddeplorable
depictionofAfricanAmericanschangestherootproblemofracisminAmericatobeduetoBlacks
behaviorratherthanWhitesproclivityforracism.Thiscreatesashiftofvictimizationinfavorof
whitesthatengendersacrimoniousbeliefsaboutAfricanAmericansthatmakesthenationandthe
entireworldinsensitivetotheirplight,tranquilizeseffortsontheirbehalf,lessenspressureforsocial
changeontheirbehalfandmakesanyseriouscriticismofWhiteracismalmostimpossibletoday.
ThisproducesfalsejustificationsforthelegalsystemsmistreatmentofAfricanAmericans.Wherein
theyaredisproportionatelyincarcerated,givenstiffersentences,andaremorelikelythanotherracial
groupstobetreatedbrutally,beaten,andfireduponbypoliceofficerswhiletheyareunarmed.These
injusticesnowgoesignoredbecausetheperceptionhasbecomethatitsallnowjustified.
WhencontemptofBlacksismadetoappeartobejustifiable,itisthemostfiercestandeffectivetype
ofracismbecauseitswitnesses,bystanders,andevenworldaudienceswillsitbyidlyallowing
AfricanAmericanstobebrutallymistreateddisproportionatelyincarceratedunderthebeliefthatitis
justified.]Italsoaffectsattitudesthatwhenenactedthroughgovernmentalpolicies,laws,andother
legislationactions,servetoensurethatAfricanAmericanswillnotadvance.Itseffectsaremanifested
inideas,education,governmentalpolicies,economicstratification,socialsegregation,housing
markets,hiringandpromotionpractices,psychologicalissues,andminorityaccesstoavarietyof
socialservicesandopportunity.Thispsychosocialprogramisthemostsophisticated,proficient,and
mostdetrimentalsystemofracismevertoconfrontBlackAmerica.
ThisconceptthattheU.SgovernmenthasreincarnateditsmethodofsuppressingitsBlackpopulation
byusingamasspsychosocialprogramthroughthenationalmediatoinfluenceandcontrolitsBlack
populationisnotatallridiculous.Thenotionispatentlyveryplausibleandhistoricallyaccurate.The
recordsofhistoryshowthatthereinventingofsuppressivemethodsintoformsmoreacceptabletothe
changingtimesisacommonpractice.Inexaminingtherecordofhistory,weoftenfindthat,among
thosemightyempireswhichwereruthless,greedy,andracist,thosebehaviorsdidnotdecayquickly
evenafterthefalloftheempire.Thesepatternsofracismwereoftenreincarnatedintoformsmore
acceptabletothechangingtimes.Aquickreviewofhistoryeasilyaffirmsthatthesecretgovernment
doeshaveatraditionofresistantagainsttheadvancementofitsBlackpopulation.Italsoremindsus
thattheWhiteracesinnateproclivityforracism,control,anddominanceismuchtoodeeply
ingrainedforthemtojustmerelygiveuptheirpracticesofimplementingmethodsofensuringthe
continuanceoftheirwhitestatuesque.

AlthoughmostofAmericasBlackpopulationwillneversuspectthatgovernmentagentsaredoing
thistothem,howeverthismassmanipulationprogramisbeingaggressivelydeploredagainstthem.
Thismassmanipulationtechnologyisaverysophisticatedmethodofcontrol.Furthermoreitisthe
sameclassifiedtechnologyusedagainstforeignadversaries.Thetechnologywasdevelopedtoprotect
nationalinterestandisnowsecretlybeinguseddomesticallytodefendthewhiteracespositionof
poweranddominanceagainstitsgrowingminoritypopulation.
ThemanyproblemsnowfacingBlackAmericawillnotbecorrectedbyimplementingoutdated
strategiesoffootmarches,speeches,orthecommemorationoffallenBlackmartyrs.Norwillthese
problemsbecorrectedbythepreachingofscripturesfromanyofourreligioustexts,betheyChristian
orMuslim,butinsteadbyrecognizingthesepreviouslyunexploredcovertpsychosocialprogramthat
havesecretlyemplacedbythesecretgovernmentto
secretlyensurethecontinuanceofwhitedominanceandcontrolinAmerica.Thesecretgovernment's
agentsoperateabovethelaw.Intheeyesoffederal,state,andlocallawenforcement,thistechnology
doesn'texist.Groupstargetedbythesecretgovernmentagentsareontheirown.
