Plaintiff Michael Leal and Defendants Everett Public Schools, Gary Cohn, Cathy

Woods, Laura Phillips, and Robert Aguilar (collectively Defendants) hereby stipulate to the
following filing dates and page limits regarding the Parties Cross-Motions for Summary

Judgment, pursuant to Local Civil Rule 7(k):

(1) Plaintiffs Motion for Summary Judgment was previously filed on April 10, 2015;

(2) Defendants Joint Opposition to Plaintiffs Motion and Cross-Motion for Summary

Judgment will be filed on or before April 24, 2015, and will not exceed 24 pages;

(3) Plaintiffs Joint Opposition to Defendants Cross-Motion for Summary Judgment

and Reply in Support of its Motion for Summary Judgment will be filed on or

before May 18, 2015, and will not exceed 24 pages;

(4) Defendants Reply in Support of its Cross-Motion for Summary Judgment will be

filed on or before May 22, 2015, and will not exceed 12 pages; and,

(5) The noting date on the Parties Cross-Motions for Summary Judgment will be May
