timetable notes, but the tone is often too informal.
The opening of the report is unsuitable (it isnt a
formal letter). It should have a title. The
introduction does state the purpose of the report
but the writer should be careful not too lift too
many phrases direct from the input text.
It is a good idea to try and give each paragraph a
clear heading.

appropriate phrases, e.g.
