- Led the due diligence team for the proposed $500 million acquisition of the UKs Defence Support
Group.
- Initiated the organization and documentation process for international commercial contracts
(processes; risk mitigation; negotiation parameters; and templates).
- Negotiated and managed the establishment of three joint ventures for the purpose of entering new
markets or new projects.

international engineering, construction and industrial services conglomerate, headquartered in Madrid, Spain.
- Led corporate governance functions through legal review, oversight of risk management, compliance,
contract review (construction, master service agreements, service-level agreements), labor (PLAs) and
employment law, international financial transactions, project bonding, negotiation of real estate
transactions, proposal reviews and state contractor licensing.
- Provided legal and contracts oversight during the construction of a 350-mile transmission line for the
Wind Energy Transmission Texas project, worth $700+ million.
- As newly-appointed Director of Risk Management, established the department to oversee risk
mitigation for the company.
- Managed company-union relationships. Negotiated a three-way union project labor agreement for a
$50 million solar project in California.
- Negotiated 7 joint venture agreements for proposals and projects in the US and Canada.
- Managed outside counsel, involved in $50M worth of construction litigation.
Assisted in the preparation of the proposal for the USAF Search and Rescue Helicopter, worth in
excess of $1 billion.
Regional Business Manager with $15 million signature authority for Bell Helicopter Textron and
BellAgusta, LLC. Principally responsible for negotiating, executing and managing contracts in Latin
America and Canada, along with federal, state, and municipal contracts in selected domestic markets.
Supported a 300-helicopter fleet in Mexico. Duties included managing the entire contract life cycle.
Contracts included the sale of helicopters, spare and repair parts, and training services. Over 70% of
the contracts were negotiated and executed in Spanish.
