of all, he was promised that the installation of the network would only take one
day but instead it took the technicians two days. Furthermore, he was charged
extra because of the extra day. This is unfair.
I would like to make a suggestion. Because he was promised that the instalment
would only take one day we could refund him the extra payment of the second
day.
