We are living in times of massive change. It may seem that

the world around us has gone
a little crazy. Many see doom
and gloom around every corner, they see no hope for the
future of humanity and they
live in fear of what will be.
But, dear human, in truth we
are living in the most exciting time in the history of humanity!
If you are in fear, if you allow yourself to be drawn into the drama
and chaos, you are simply feeding the energy of mass consciousness.
You are allowing yourself the indulgence of having a victim mentality
and refusing to see who you really are.
This is such a wonderful game that humans playI am afraid, I am
stuck, I am lost, I dont know what to dowhen in truth, we are divine beings, angels who were brave enough to take on human form
and experience the rich, sensual experience of life.
Victims see the world around them as a dangerous place, they get
lured into media drama and focus on the horror of world events. A
conscious human being sees beauty. A conscious human being sees a
world that is shifting into a new paradigm. A conscious human understands that old energies are releasing at a rapid rate both on the
planet and within humanity. A conscious human sees that energy is
simply coming back into balance.
I have spoken of this often and many are aware of this shift taking
place but still go into fear. Did you think that this transition would
take place in an instant and the world would suddenly be at peace?
Did you think that humans would stop killing and harming each other
then sit around the campfire singing Kumbaya?

Many of these old energies have been

stuck since before the concept of time
and now more than ever we are in a position to release them. We enter the
depths of darkness and discovering the
things we do not want to face, the challenge to our identity, our personal safety,
our beliefs and ideals arise. Oh, what a
perfect time for transformation!
It is time, dear human, to be in your balance, to release all that no longer serves
you and to raise your consciousness as an
example to others.
You do this by staying out of the drama,
leave the media to their games, leave the
less aware humans to their tales of woe
and fear, and be in your safe space.
A safe space is not created by standing
before an alter or from any external location. It is not a barrier that you must create to protect yourself, it is not calling
white light to surround you. A safe space
does not come from wearing protection
crystals, from spells or potions, or affirmations. These things suggest that there
is something to fear, that you are not
safe and must therefore protect yourself.
And of course, there is only something to
fear if you believe there is.

A true safe space comes when you take

a deep breath and feel into your I Am
presence, your soul, and simply choose
the safe space.
The safe space comes from within, from
the knowingness that you create your
reality and from the deep love and trust
that you have for yourself.
The world around you can continue its
crazy, but it will not affect you unless
you allow it.
Are you still seeking drama or are you
ready to own who you really are? Are
you ready to take full responsibility your
yourself and your life, for when you do,
you will see the beauty of the world
around you. You will see the old giving
way to the new, you will see the world
transforming before your eyes, you will
understand that all humans are simply
angels having a physical experience, and
you will honour the magnificence of our
creations.
Take a deep breath, acknowledge all
that you are, feel into the safe space
within you and know that ALL IS WELL IN
ALL OF CREATION. There is no one you
need to save, nothing you need to
change. Just shine your light, that is all
that is required.

The Body Mind Psychic expo is on again!

This year it will be held on May 16th and
17th. I will be there once again and I am
looking forward to catching up with many
of you.

This year my stall has moved slightly.

Instead of my usual spot at number 141 I
have moved to Stall 143a which is down
a bit and on the corner. (Roughly in the
centre of the pavilion.)
So come along and say hi, perhaps have a
Tarot reading or healing/energy balance
and see what workshops and classes are
coming up in the coming months.
I will be doing a workshop on Saturday at
1112am called Enlightenment in a
New Era. We will be connecting with the
Ascended Masters and sharing insights
about the path to enlightenment from a
new consciousness perspective.
Also, this year the workshops are being
held in the conference rooms opposite
the Jubilee Pavilion on the other side of
the atrium. (I believe they charge $5 for
most workshops, which goes to the expo
organisers for chair hire etc.)
The BMP expo is currently for sale and so
it may be the last time we experience this

Northern Expos
A heartfelt thank you to Darrell and
Sheree who are the Northern Psychic
Expo organisers and are filling the need
for local and country expos in the northern areas.
So far these expos are not as large as the
previous Adelaide Psychic Expos (which
are no longer operating) but they have
their own unique flavour and I am sure
they will continue to grow.
The Kapunda expo was amazing and I
look forward to the Nuriootpa expo next
month. Golden Grove will follow in July
and other venues are being explored as
well so watch this space.

Part One

Though people may have heard of Theta Healing many do not actually
know what it is, how it works or how it might be of benefit to them so
over the next few months I will be presenting a three part feature on
this amazing healing modality.

There are various elements to Theta Healing which is

why I have chosen to divide this subject into three
segments. In this first we will be focusing on a technique known as Belief Work.

Thats where Theta Healing can help. By taking the
client through a short simple exercise where we
access the sub-conscious mind, we are able to intuitively access the root belief that holds all the
other related beliefs in place. The practitioner can
then easily replace this belief with a more empowering one and this allows a complete and total
transformation of this energy. This happens very
organically and is not stressful or confronting for
the client and it involves no forcing of energy or
recycling the past situation.

These days most conscious humans have an understanding that thought creates reality, they have
heard of the law of attraction and know that the
vibes they send out to the world around them have
an impact on what they attract into their lives.
Im talking more than positive thinking herewhich
is really no more than putting a band-aid on a broken
leg. For example, someone who has experienced
abuse as a child might suffer from depression as an
adult and thinking positive thoughts might help to lift
a persons spirits temporarily, but it doesnt address
the deeper unresolved issue.

The practitioner facilitates this shift by going into a

Theta or meditative state and connecting with the
Source and then connecting with the client which
automatically brings them into a deep meditative
state and this provides a relaxed, open and responsive environment for this graceful shift of energy.

Its these deeper issues that are sending out a vibe

or frequency that attracts similar energies which often brings more abuse, more depression and anything else that might resonate with that particular
energy.

In my classes I often talk about thoughts and beliefs

being energy, and energy can be changed, transmuted, transformed, recreated and uncreated. And
this Belief Work technique transmutes that old
unresolved energy instantly, allowing the client to
experience a deep shift.

In this situation, belief systems have formed and

been firmly planted in the mind and may include
things likeI am not good enough, people always
abuse me, I am not worthy of love, I am afraid of
trusting people and so on.

This alters their vibe or frequency and reduces the

possibility of recreating the old situation of abuse
or depression etc. Then, when you add the other
elements that are part of a Theta Healing session,

May: Eight of Cups Reversed

This months card is drawn from the Universal Waite Tarot Deck to offer
general guidance throughout this month.
Well, we have certainly had a spate of reversed
cards over the last few months and this time we are
in the suits of cups so we are working at an emotional level.

When we access the full upright

energy of the Eight of Cups we
are taking the plunge and following our instincts. We are
moving to something that may
be new and different and therefore daunting, but
we have the strength of our own convictions, the
light of the moon guiding us and the potential for
significant change.

There may be some fear about moving into something new, exploring new horizons and breaking out
of an old way of being because it is familiar and
