Definition
Price and Availability
Parts price and parts availability is provided
Data is made available in SIS Web through a PartStore account
Order Parts
Parts list is created in SIS and the Order Parts button is selected
PartStore is opened with the parts populated in PartStore partslist
Any parts list that can be created, opened from a saved parts list or imported into
SIS can be sent to PartStore to order.

Administrators must enable/disable
the Part Pricing and Availability feature
from the SIS User Administration tool.
1. Click inside the Qty box to select the parts. Change quantity of parts as needed
2. Select Add to Parts List to add parts to parts list for ordering
3. Select View Parts List to view list of parts

Note:
Price & Availability can be viewed without selecting any parts or adding them to the
parts list.
But parts must be selected and added to the Parts List before they can be ordered

The PartStore Customer Information window appears when Price &
Availability have not been retrieved for that serial number prefix.

from SIS Web via PartStore
