Explanation of Flow Chart

Process of receiving/purchase inventories from the suppliers
1. Purchasing has been made through daily basis.
2. A list of the inventory/stock is used to ensure that all the stocks will be purchased.
3. The owner will purchase it from the suppliers.
4. After the stock/inventory arrived it will be rechecked to make sure they buy in
order.
5. Storage of inventories.
Process of selling
1. Prepare the ingredients, with all the kitchen helpers.
2. Sorting cakes according to specific container
3. After all the cakes are ready, then they will start to pack the food.
4. Packaging depend on orders
5. Delivery service starts.
The cleaning process and closed the shop
1. When the raw materials are finished/sell, the helpers will clean all the cooking
tools.
2. After they settle all the operations, the shop will be close.
