A paint program that specializes in black and white line art and cartoon.
Created for tablet use.
Since there is only an image of the layer with alpha 8BIT,
Alpha values are represented by the color of each layer line color + images.
==== Requirements ====
Windows 98 or later
(reported working in Win7 64bit)
- Win98/Me on the language files will not apply (fixed in Japanese)
- MMX compatible CPU Required
(If your computer is ok since around 1997).
==== Installation ====
Please unpack the archive to the appropriate folder.
==== Uninstalling ====
Just delete the folder and its contents.
Registry is not used.
