Cozer os camares durante 15 minutos em gua fervente temperada com sal e malaguetas; deixar arrefecer e retirar a cabea e as carapaas dos camares. Temperar os camares cozidos e descascados com o sumo de uma lima e o molho de peixe; misturar bem e deixar repousar durante 5 minutos. Num tacho apropriado, derreter a margarina com azeite, juntar os camares escorridos e saltear durante 5 minutos. Regar com o caldo dos camares coado. Quando retomar a fervura juntar o esparguete (aletria) cortado e as algas escorridas. Deixar ferver mais 5 minutos e servir quente. Arroz de algas, passas e pinhes

Quando comear a dourar junta-se a passas de uva at que inchem. Mais tarde juntam-se os pinhes sem os deixar torrar. Adicionar o aafro em p e misturar tudo muito bem. Numa panela parte coze-se o arroz juntamente com as algas, em gua abundante (sem sal), durante 30 minutos, em lume brando. No final junta-se o sal e deixa-se cozer mais 5 minutos. Escorre-se a gua sobrante da cozedura do arroz e mistura-se com o refogado com as passas e pinhes, deixando saltear at que o arroz fique com o perfume do aafro.
