Last Sunday,Qistina and her family went to a picnic on the beach.Her father drove them
there in his new car.The ride took about thirty minutes. When they reached their
destination, Qistina saw her uncle and his family waiting for them.
Qistina was excited to meet her cousins.they quickly got together and chatted
happyily.While there parents set up a big umbrella and laid out a picnic basket,Qistina
and her two cousins raced each other towards the sea.They swam in the sea and played
water polo.They also built sandcastles and collected seashells.They had a lot of fun and a
great time at the picnic.
It was late in the evening when the relatives parted and went home.All of them enjoed
the picnic. It was a successful outing and they lokked forward to their next outing.

Holiday
Last month, my family and I spent an enjoyable holiday in Perak. we stay naval base in
Lumut.
The base is very big. there are about 39 blocks of high-rise flats, each ten storeys
high. more than 20 000 people live there. They come from alll over country. There are
people from every statein Malaysia who live together in the Lumut Naval Base.
My uncle is in the navy. He showed us around the base. He also took us on the ship
called K.D Kasturi. i was lucky because it was the ship's Family Day. we were all taken
on a trip on the ship. It was fantastic.
I made many new friends at the base. we had a fun time wandering around the base
and plying games. we also had the chance to use the large modern sports complex in the
base.
As the naval base is a Teluk Batik, we went to the beach every day. Teluk Batik is a
popular picnic spot.
I was very sad when our holiday came to an end.
Picnic at park
Last Saturday,the Year 6 from SK Pelindung and SK Beserah together went on a picnic at
Taman Gelora.Puteri and her classmate were excited to make friends with pupils from SK
Beserah.

When they arrived at Taman Gelora,they walked together to the picnic spot.Once they
found the spot,they put their bags under some shady trees.Then the teacher ask to all
pupils to gather in a circle and introduce themselves.Puteri listened carefully as the pupils
from other school talked about story themselves.
After the ice breaking session,Mrs Jazlan,a teacher from SK Beserah,Miss Suzanna
and a few pupils from both school laid the food on park's table near the a few stalls.
Later Mrs Jazlan called everyone to lunch together.All the pupils sat on picnic mats
and ate lunch together.Puteri and her friends sat and enjoyed their lunch with their new
friends.They laughed and talked happily.
It was a fun day for everyone.Before they went home,they exchanged their phone
numbers and email addresses.they are going to organise another fun activity together in
the future.
