Acts as liaison between customer, sales, and production facility. Plans and coordinates
the production of printing jobs in order to achieve the objectives of the service agreement
in compliance of customer expectations, company policy, and profit and quality
requirements. Provide support to the sales team, ensuring all sales and service objectives
are met. Responsible for customer service in the print service center division, duties
includes processing customer request orders, printing out orders and closing out
