1. For change in physical characteristics of materials if any, re-design mix should be got approved for change of materials.
2. Specific gravity of Cement, fine aggregate and coarse aggregate should be tested regularly by the A.E.E. Q.C. Sub-Dn
No.8, Bheemarayanagudi and report if any change in specific gravity for re-designing the concrete.
3. Admixture should be added for enhancing the workability of concrete according to the tender condition.
4. The mix proportion of Design mix is based on the weight of materials. Hence weigh batching should be adopted.
5. The design mix proportion may change depending on the physical characteristics of materials.
