Agility Trophy Donation Form

AMERICAN SPANIEL CLUB, INC.

39th NATIONAL SPECIALTY
July 16-19, 2015
We will be offering four exciting days of agility this summer! Thursday will be COCKER-ONLY DAY with LOTS of
special award, rosettes and fun. Friday, Saturday & Sunday will be all-breed agility with continued recognition for
High Scoring Cockers. Donations can be made for awards supporting the Cocker-Only Day, the All-Breed days
and/or the General Trophy Fund. We appreciate your generosity in consideration for making a donation for multiple
classes or making a donation of any size to the much needed General Trophy Fund. You may also donate in honor
or memory of a cocker, as we will provide recognition of these during the trial. We encourage clubs as well to
support this endeavor for recognition of our agile breed.

1. Donations for Awards for Cocker-Only Day (Placements, High Scoring & High Scoring
Special Awards)

This donation will fund prizes for the 2nd 4th place winners of one class height (i.e. Master
