ENTREPRENEUR IS MY PASSION

In natural selection according to the Charles Darwin theory ,
organism who can survive in this world is not the strongest one , but the
most adaptable one to every change in this world. And in his phenomenal
book The Origin of Species Charles Darwin explained that the organism
should always be in under pressure to be survived on the turn of the
times. While Heraclitus insisted that there is nothing eternal in this world
except the changed itself.
According to the context above, the concept of a success persons
on the journey of a life is they have to be able to be survived on the turn
of the times. In the current era with the rapid development of internet
technology has characteristics change : Fast, Powerful, and so uncertain.
Therefore the old paradigm of youth people who aspire to get a job
immediately after their graduation should be changed. They crave a
comfort zone to become an employee. Get the salary every month,
incentives and a variety of benefits it considers to support their needs.
There is the real wastefulness potential are.
And now a youth generation have to know and introduced to the
world of an entrepreneurship. Entrepreneurship is an attempt to create
added value by combining resources through new ways and different in
order to win all of the competition. Therefore entrepreneurship has a
characteristics ; dynamic, innovative, changing, many challenges, highrisk and out of the comfort zone. However entrepreneurship gives a
wonderful and unlimited outcome if someone could run it well. The
potential to be a champion in all fields through entrepreneurship is
already owned by anyone. However , because it never been honed and
developed it just will be wasted to the increase of an age. Effort to harden
and hone the potential entrepreneur can not be sporadic and disjointed.
There must be continuity and sustainability in the process of
transformation from a static comfort zone as employee leading to
dynamic entrepreneurship as entrepreneur.

I am very enthusiastic and excited to introduce the world of

entrepreneurship to youth generation in this present. They had to be
rescued from the uncertainties of life, laziness and comfort zone trap.
Therefore I am very interested in foloowing this ASEM workshop on
Fostering Entrepreneurship in Higher Education to be hosted at Universiti
Brunei Darusalam in order to hone my skills and equip in the field of
entrepreneurship. And I yearn to get honor of being an agent of change
through entrepreneurship. Being a trainer or coach I have aspired for a
long
time.
