To refer to things in plural when they are near we use


these/ those.
To refer to things in plural when they are far away we
use these/ those.

1. Beforehand, ask students to bring an item of clothing.


2. After the activity, ask them to come to the front one by one
to show their item of clothing to the class or to show one
that they have on and say its name in English.
3. Have them mention how to make the plural of some
objects in English for them to figure out the rule.

1. Ask them to write in their notebooks the singular and


plural form of the clothes that they have on and those that
they brought to school.

2. Anmelos a que formen equipos de tres o cuatro integrantes, que intercambien las prendas que llevaron al grupo y
realicen una actividad similar a la propuesta.

2. Have students form groups of three or four, exchange


items of clothing that they brought to class, and perform a
similar activity.
