PROJECTS
1. Developer of code generator/compiler in Android OS and Sofia LTE modem
along with Unified Layer 4 (Intel)
Description: Development of Sofia LTE XMM7260 modem in par with the android operating system.
Contributed in the development of Unified Layer 4 architecture. Also worked on the creation of tool for
use to generate automatic code APIs of the modem operating system. It is a packer unpacker used in
communication processor and application processor. Its working resembles that of compiler.

2. Microsoft exchange server (TCS)

Description: Selected as a part of Messaging team for administering Microsoft exchange server. Worked
in Microsoft Center of Excellence (CoE).

3. Wikipedia MyReference(Nokia student developer)

Description: It is a system which is used to create our own reference books, articles and notes. Students
and Professors can author reference books and share it with their friends using a central repository. It
consists of four parts custom web browser, an editor, pdf reader and ftp client.

4. Je suis Adventurous (3D Game on Android)

Description: A game created on unity3D engine having 2 major parts. First is the infinite runner and
second is the fighter. Used facebook JSON for accessing facebook data and used admob for in app
purchasing. The game was around 10000 lines of code with several configuration settings.

5. Advanced Control Distributed Processing Architecture (ACDPA) using

Software Defined networks and Hadoop (Research project: Paper published)
Description: Developed an application on SDN opendaylight controller along with Hadoop to
classify the packets arriving based on its IP address and length. It provided flow characteristics
and quality of service(QoS) to the network.

6. Centralized Control Signature Based Firewall and Statistical Based Network

Intrusion Detection System(NIDS) in Software Defined Networks (SDN)
(Research project: Paper published)
Description: Developed a firewall and network intrusion detection system for SDN. The firewall
consists of several signatures and we had statistical anomaly based detection system which
detected attacks like denial of service(DoS), distributed denial of service(DDoS), snooping
attacks. We were able to successfully allow/deny packets based on their characteristics.
