HARVESTER HEAD LOGSET

The heavy duty TH75 is the largest head in Logsets Titan Head
range. Even so, the TH75 has a
relatively short chassis, weighs in
at only 1300kg and is perfectly
matched to our mid and large sized
harvesters, the 8H and 10H. The design is also strong enough to sustain track based machine applications.
The chassis design allows fluent,
low friction stem feeding therefore
reducing engine load and improving fuel efficiency. The head is the
complete package of heavy duty
solutions incorporating strong hydraulic cylinders, heavy gauge steel
plates and pivot bosses, large diam-

eter pins and durable reaction rods

Logsets wide selection of options allow the operator to select

the ideal solutions for him and his
working conditions; to help obtain
maximum results from the processing head we have three different
feed wheel spike options and a
choice of two feed motor sizes.
We can also provide a eucalyptus debarking kit, stump treatment
and colour marking capabilities
Efficiency is a key figure regarding
Logsets Titan Head design. The
rollers have been mounted on the
same line to combine the best grip
and least friction from the three
wheels.
The chassis mounted fixed back
knife will improve pre-felling and

reverse feed delimbing. The hose

routing follows the curves of the
head allowing as much protection
as possible. A lot of effort in view of
serviceability has been carried out
to limit down time regarding routine maintenance and servicing.
