Amazons Retail and Seller Services Businesses are growing and were looking for tenacious MBA interns who move fast, are
capable of breaking down and solving complex problems, and have a strong desire to own, build, and grow. Incoming MBA interns
are given ownership of large, important areas of opportunity; the autonomy to make decisions; and the ability to drive significant
impact to the customer experience and the business. To accelerate your development and build upon your existing skills, you will
participate in a real life high impact project designed to allow you to experience working life at Amazon whilst focusing on owning
and delivering key business objectives.
We are hiring MBAs for Consumer Internships in Luxembourg, the UK (London), France (Paris),Germany (Munich), and Italy(Milan).
We request that you specify in your cover letter any particular countries of interest, in stack ranked order. Fluency in English is
essential for all roles in Europe and local language skills are highly desirable for some projects but are not essential for every role,
so if youre open to any location please let us know. Luxembourg is able to sponsor work visas for Interns, you will however need to
hold a valid work visa for all other relevant EU countries.
Interning in Amazon EU is a great way to experience our culture, learn our peculiar business practices, and gain exposure to our
full-time EU Consumer Leadership Development Program. The Consumer Leadership Development Program is a 36-month program
designed to accelerate your growth into Senior Leadership within Amazon Retail or Seller Services. You will play a pivotal role in
helping us build world-class experience for customers, and serve as the leadership pipeline for our rapidly growing global business.
We are finalizing our 2015 MBA project briefs and past typical MBA Internship projects, business areas, and role types have
included:
Product Manager: Define and launch new products or features in partnership with technical teams. Evaluate the existing
experience(s) for customers on and off Amazon, identify areas for improvement, develop business requirements, craft and
implementing the marketing plans, and own measures of success.
Business Management: Responsibilities include establishing commercial relationships with manufacturers, integrating supply,

finance and catalogue systems and coordinating the buying and promotion of products.
Kindle Projects: Supporting the demand drive and growth of our Kindle business by formulating and managing project plan to test
and measure customer discovery and shopping behaviour, and researching and identifying new merchandising/marketing
opportunities.
Significant work experience prior to your MBA including academic and/or other internship experience
Proof that you are capable of both high-level thinking and obsessing over the details
Proven track record of taking ownership and driving results
Skills in negotiation and driving business decisions
Superior communication and analytical skills, including strong ability to identify and solve ambiguous problems
High attention to detail, comfortable with hands-on management of tasks, and proven ability to manage multiple, competing
priorities simultaneously
Broad commercial awareness
Insatiable will to get stuff done

opportunities apart from Luxembourg. If you are unsure about your right to work in an EU country please contact your school
careers center.
