• Call center experience include answering a high volume of provider and member calls in an
ACD environment.

appropriate ICD-9/CPT codes for inpatient and outpatient surgeries, home health care services,

follow up visits, scheduling surgeries, staff management, & processing patients and paperwork
through the office.

• Customer services duties include scheduling occupational medical exams/drug screens for 5
major clients, insuring patients are scheduled correctly, processing orders, insuring charges
are accurate, and exams are completed.
• Department liaison duties regarding movement of patients and paperwork through various
company departments. Duties also include coordinating with sales/marketing for new
clients. Setting up contracts with small clinics all over the US and Canada for clients to
send employee's for their occupational exams.
• Established a line of communication between client, their employees and WorkCare. Put
reminder system in place to schedule employees for occupational medical exams in a timely
manner.
