Key Accomplishments:
Led an integration team of functional experts (finance, operations, marketing, HR, IT, etc.) to
achieve post merger financial and operating results that exceeded the acquisition case model
EBT by 12%. During this assignment I effected several facility re-locations and completed a
comprehensive organizational restructuring and the migration of the business onto new financial
and IT platforms.
Moved quickly to re-structure the sales, marketing and product development teams to upgrade the
talent, expand the served market and accelerate the adoption of new LED technology.
Successfully resolved a challenging and long standing (since 2006) contractual commercial
dispute in the United Arab Emirates, by collecting monies owed ($3MM+) and reactivating and reinvigorating a trust based business relationship in that key market.

Seconded to spearhead and lead the integration of Coopers acquisition of G&H Technologies in
California: a $25M manufacturer of highly specified electro-mechanical connectors for the
militaryaerospace, industrial and commercial markets
Enhanced the Companys profile by dealing effectively with issues of productivity, progressive
discipline, salary administration, collective agreement interpretation and WCB return to work
initiatives
Expanded capacity by 25% and integrated three new divisions into the facility over four years.
