I have to manage my companies

growth and liaise between my
company in Shanghai and the
cheese production near Bordeaux.
Thats why I chose HEC Paris,
Europes leading business school.
My first best memory is of the
teamwork. Collaborative work was
very new to me, because in china
you have to struggle on your own
as a foreign company. My second
best memory is the Leadership
module. Ilearned that the CEO in
acompany is just as an orchestra
conductor. As a conductor, if you
are too close, the musicians cannot
breathe, if you are too far, they
cannot see you. This is what stayed
with me from the last lecture.
