INTRODUCTION:=

5Initially there was a dispute whether it is permitable to translate Holy Quran

6in any language of the world or not
7After Shah ValiyAllah Of Dahli [Delhi/DELHI] there was an Ijmaa that it is
8allowed in any language with the exception to
9Write the verses of Holy Quran in somewhat simpler Arabic or Different
10Arabic , which is strongly prohibited as according to IJMAA and is a Bidah.
11Also there is an IJMAA that :=
12IT IS PROHABITTED TO PUBLISH JUST THE TRANSLATION WITH OUT
13ARABIC TEXT
14However Ali Mirza hath proposed that to Publish a Copy Of Quran
15With Out A Translation Is Either Prohibited[MAMNU] Or is Not
16Preferable [TARC OF -ULA].
17This view is a BIDAH since THERE IS AN IJMAA OF PERMITION OF
18WRITING,PRINTING, PUBLISHING OF HOLY QURAN WITH OUT ANY
19TRANSLATION , PURE ARABIC TEXT WITH OUT ANY TRANSLATION.

21So engineer Ali Mirza has committed a GREAT HERESY [BIDAH]
22which is certainly a CUFR.
23Actually the enmity of Banu Umaiyah hath compelled Engineer Ali
24Mirza to hold this position that publishing Pure Copies Of Holy
25Quran are either prohibited or not preferable. ALAYAZ BILLAHI
26TAALA.
27This so to what extent this person hath gone in the enmity of Baniu
28Umaiyah, since several copies of Quran were made in their time.

29This further indicates that Engineer Ali Mirza wants to introduce his
30own translation or any translation suggested or corrected by him to
31the entire UMMAH OF HOLY PROPHET,[AL AYAADH BILLAHI TAALA/
32AL AYAZ BILLAHI TAALA].So it is necessary to take this person
33seriously , and to inform entire UMMAH that this person has
34transgressed against IJMA even on the issue of publishing the pure
35Arabic Divine Text Of Holy Quran.
36REASON GIVEN BY ALI MIRZA FOR HIS CLAIM :=
37The only reason given by this deviant so far is that a large number
38of Muslims in Subcontinent are unable to understand the
39verses[AYAAT] of Holy Quran and the recite the Holy Text with out
40understanding them.
