Narrative

The Potsdam Police Department worked with the St. Lawrence

County Sheriff's Office as part of a Stop D.W.I program. Gonyou
was seen driving and having trouble keeping his vehicle on the
roadway. Patrols initiated a traffic stop and further investigation
revealed that Gonyou was intoxicated. Gonyou was transported
to the Potsdam Police Department where he was processed and
released. His BAC was a .27%.
