PROJECT MISSION

Capitol Drive

27th St.

Townsend
Street
35th St.

Develop a cost-effective, implementable

stormwater management solution to address
the 100-year drainage problems within the
Target Area of the 30th Street Industrial
Corridor, considering redevelopment,
stormwater management requirements, and
green infrastructure initiatives.

Identify and characterize basement backups

and regional stormwater
drainage problems
North Avenue
and solutions in the South Corridor area and
formulate a complementary Green Corridor
strategy to enable smart redevelopment and
an enhanced quality of life for business and
residents in the area.
