Islamic Misogyny

Other articles concentrated on the most significant issues: the doctrines which make Islam an existential
threat. Now we'll explore another issue that needs to be recognized because of the consequences it holds for
conquered populations. You have wondered why many Islamic women wear the Burkha. You may come to
regret that curiosity.
After reading this you will know that Moe permitted his wives to practice open defecation in the desert,
where one of them was harassed by his bosom buddy Umar. You will discover that men are superior to
women, who are deficient in intelligence and religion. You will discover that women are as prisoners or
domestic animals to their husbands.
2:223. Your wives are a tilth for you, so go to your tilth , when or how you will,

and send (good deeds, or ask Allh to bestow upon you pious offspring) before
you for your ownselves. And fear Allh, and know that you are to meet Him (in
the Hereafter), and give good tidings to the believers (O Muhammad).
Do you remember the old joke: "what did the cornfield say to the tractor?"? The punch line runs close to this
ayeh. I Bowdlerized this quote by deleting the parenthetical notes because they use explicit terms which
might offend some readers. The quote is linked to the Hilali & Kahn translation, click it if you want to read
the whole thing. Ibn Kathir's explanation of the ayeh expands on the deleted notes, and is even more
explicit. Don't say I didn't warn you! The Reason behind revealing Allah's Statement: "Your Wives are a
Tilth for You.
Look past the reproductive aspect for a moment. 2:223 makes equates one's wives with fields to be
plowed & planted. To Allah, your wives are chattel property. When a Muslim marries a woman and pays
her Mahr, he purchases instant & perpetual enjoyment of her sex organs. She is as a prisoner or domestic
animal with him. Do not doubt this but examine what the Profit said as quoted by Ishaq & Tabari.

 4:34. Men

are the protectors and maintainers of women, because Allh has

made one of them to excel the other, and because they spend (to support
them) from their means. Therefore the righteous women are devoutly obedient
(to Allh and to their husbands), and guard in the husband's absence what
Allh orders them to guard (e.g. their chastity, their husband's property,
etc.). As to those women on whose part you see illconduct, admonish them
(first), (next), refuse to share their beds, (and last) beat them (lightly, if it is
useful), but if they return to obedience, seek not against them means (of
annoyance). Surely, Allh is Ever Most High, Most Great.

...
I (the narrator Laqit) then said: Messenger of Allah, I have a wife who has something (wrong) in her
tongue, i.e. she is insolent. He said: Then divorce her. I said: Messenger of Allah, she had company
with me and I have children from her. He said: Then ask her (to obey you). If there is something good
in her, she will do so (obey); and do not beat your wife as you beat your slave-girl.....
Men are superior. Men support and protect their wives. And men have explicit permission to beat
them.
4:24. Also (forbidden are) women already married, except those (captives and

slaves) whom your right hands possess. Thus has Allh ordained for you. All
others are lawful, provided you seek (them in marriage) with Mahr (bridal
money given by the husband to his wife at the time of marriage) from your
property, desiring chastity, not committing illegal sexual intercourse, so with
those of whom you have enjoyed sexual relations, give them their Mahr as
prescribed; but if after a Mahr is prescribed, you agree mutually (to give more),
there is no sin on you. Surely, Allh is Ever AllKnowing, AllWise.
33:50. O Prophet (Muhammad)! Verily, We have made lawful to you your

wives, to whom you have paid their Mahr (bridal money given by the husband
to his wife at the time of marriage), and those (captives or slaves) whom your
right hand possesses - whom Allh has given to you, and the daughters of your
'Amm (paternal uncles) and the daughters of your 'Ammah (paternal aunts) and
the daughters of your Khl (maternal uncles) and the daughters of your Khlah

(maternal aunts) who migrated (from Makkah) with you, and a believing woman
if she offers herself to the Prophet, and the Prophet wishes to marry her; a
privilege for you only, not for the (rest of) the believers. Indeed We know what
We have enjoined upon them about their wives and those (captives or slaves)
whom their right hands possess, - in order that there should be no difficulty on
you. And Allh is Ever OftForgiving, Most Merciful.
Did that sink in yet? The widows & daughters of the men killed by Muslims are available for sexual
exploitation.
Muslim Book 008, Number 3371:
Abu Sirma said to Abu Sa'id al Khadri (Allah he pleased with him): 0 Abu Sa'id, did
you hear Allah's Messenger (may peace be upon him) mentioning al-'azl? He said:
Yes, and added: We went out with Allah's Messenger (may peace be upon him) on
the expedition to the Bi'l-Mustaliq and took captive some excellent Arab women;
and we desired them, for we were suffering from the absence of our wives, (but at
the same time) we also desired ransom for them. So we decided to ****** with
them but by observing 'azl (Withdrawing the ***** to avoid-conception). But we
said: We are doing an act whereas Allah's Messenger is amongst us; why not ask
him? So we asked Allah's Mes- senger (may peace be upon him), and he said: It
does not matter if you do not do it, for every soul that is to be born up to the Day
of Resurrection will be born.

Muhammad explicitly gave his companions permission to rape captive women. Use them & sell them as
new. Let this sink in for a while.
24:31. And tell the believing women to lower their gaze (from looking at

forbidden things), and protect their private parts (from illegal sexual acts, etc.)
and not to show off their adornment except only that which is apparent (like
palms of hands or one eye or both eyes for necessity to see the way, or outer
dress like veil, gloves, head-cover, apron, etc.), and to draw their veils all over
Juyubihinna (i.e. their bodies, faces, necks and bosoms, etc.) and not to reveal
their adornment except to their husbands, their fathers, their husband's fathers,
their sons, their husband's sons, their brothers or their brother's sons, or their
sister's sons, or their (Muslim) women (i.e. their sisters in Islm), or the
(female) slaves whom their right hands possess, or old male servants who lack
vigour, or small children who have no sense of the shame of sex. And let them
not stamp their feet so as to reveal what they hide of their adornment. And all
of you beg Allh to forgive you all, O believers, that you may be successful.

Sahih Bukhari Volume 1, Book 4, Number 148:

Narrated 'Aisha:
The wives of the Prophet used to go to Al-Manasi, a vast open place (near Baqia at Medina)
to answer the call of nature at night. 'Umar used to say to the Prophet "Let your wives be
veiled," but Allah's Apostle did not do so. One night Sauda bint Zam'a the wife of the

Prophet went out at 'Isha' time and she was a tall lady. 'Umar addressed her and said, "I
have recognized you, O Sauda." He said so, as he desired eagerly that the verses of Al-Hijab
(the observing of veils by the Muslim women) may be revealed. So Allah revealed the verses
of "Al-Hijab" (A complete body cover excluding the eyes).
{Word to the wise: derive knowledge concerning Islamic scripture from the sentence in
red!!}

Sahih Bukhari Volume 1, Book 4, Number 149:

Narrated 'Aisha:
The Prophet said to his wives, "You are allowed to go out to answer the call of nature.

Sahih Bukhari Volume 1, Book 6, Number 321:

Narrated Aiyub:
Hafsa said, 'We used to forbid our young women to go out for the two 'Id prayers. A
woman came and stayed at the palace of Bani Khalaf and she narrated about her
sister whose husband took part in twelve holy battles along with the Prophet and her
sister was with her husband in six (out of these twelve). She (the woman's sister)
said, "We used to treat the wounded, look after the patients and once I asked the
Prophet, 'Is there any harm for any of us to stay at home if she doesn't have a veil?'
He said, 'She should cover herself with the veil of her companion and should
participate in the good deeds and in the religious gathering of the Muslims.'
When Um 'Atiya came I asked her whether she had heard it from the Prophet. She
replied, "Yes. May my father be sacrificed for him (the Prophet)! (Whenever she
mentioned the Prophet she used to say, 'May my father be sacrificed for him) I have
heard the Prophet saying, 'The unmarried young virgins and the mature girl
who stay often screened or the young unmarried virgins who often stay
screened and the menstruating women should come out and participate in
the good deeds as well as the religious gathering of the faithful believers but
the menstruating women should keep away from the Musalla (praying
place).' " Hafsa asked Um 'Atiya surprisingly, "Do you say the menstruating
women?" She replied, "Doesn't a menstruating woman attend 'Arafat (Hajj) and such
and such (other deeds)?"

Now you know why Muslim women must be veilled. But there are more ahadith which reveal misogyny.
Sahih Bukhari Volume 2, Book 18, Number 161 ...The Prophet replied, "I saw Paradise and
stretched my hands towards a bunch (of its fruits) and had I taken it, you would have eaten
from it as long as the world remains. I also saw the Hell-fire and I had never seen such a
horrible sight. I saw that most of the inhabitants were women." The people asked, "O Allah's
Apostle! Why is it so?" The Prophet replied, "Because of their ungratefulness." It was asked
whether they are ungrateful to Allah. The Prophet said, "They are ungrateful to their
companions of life (husbands) and ungrateful to good deeds. If you are benevolent to one
of them throughout the life and if she sees anything (undesirable) in you, she will say, 'I have
never had any good from you.' "

So women will be the majority in the fire because they are ungrateful. What of men's excelling over them
in this life?
4:11. Allh commands you as regards your children's ( inheritance); to the

male, a portion equal to that

of two females;

 2:282. O you who believe! When you contract a debt for a fixed period, write it

down. Let a scribe write it down in justice between you. Let not the scribe
refuse to write as Allh has taught him, so let him write. Let him (the debtor)
who incurs the liability dictate, and he must fear Allh, his Lord, and diminish
not anything of what he owes. But if the debtor is of poor understanding, or
weak, or is unable himself to dictate, then let his guardian dictate in justice.
And get two witnesses out of your own men. And if there are not two men
(available), then a man and two women, such as you agree for witnesses, so
that if one of them (two women) errs, the other can remind her. ...
So, a woman inherits half as much as her brother, and her testimony carries only half the weight of his. Did
you know that "women are deficient"?
Sahih Bukhari Volume 1, Book 6, Number 301:
Narrated Abu Said Al-Khudri:
Once Allah's Apostle went out to the Musalla (to offer the prayer) o 'Id-al-Adha or AlFitr prayer. Then he passed by the women and said, "O women! Give alms, as I have
seen that the majority of the dwellers of Hell-fire were you (women)." They asked,
"Why is it so, O Allah's Apostle ?" He replied, "You curse frequently and are
ungrateful to your husbands. I have not seen anyone more deficient in
intelligence and religion than you. A cautious sensible man could be led
astray by some of you." The women asked, "O Allah's Apostle! What is
deficient in our intelligence and religion?" He said, "Is not the evidence of
two women equal to the witness of one man?" They replied in the affirmative.
He said, "This is the deficiency in her intelligence. Isn't it true that a woman can
neither pray nor fast during her menses?" The women replied in the
affirmative. He said, "This is the deficiency in her religion."

There you have it, ladies. Muhammad says that you are chattel property (a field to be plowed), can be
beaten if rebellious, must be concealed, get the short end of the stick economically, and are deficient in
intelligence and religion. Does this make you want to revert and find a harem to join?
