Lesson Plan in Health -1

(4th Quarter)
I.

Objective:
Distinguishes between good & bad touch
KBI: Respect our friends and family by not touching the sensitive parts of the

body.

Touch can be good or bad it depends upon the parts of the body where
you touch.
III. Procedure
1.Drill(Digital Flash Card)
Identify whether the pictures show safety rules at home or in school.

2.Review (Autocollage)

Group the pictures in column A according the ways by which people are
intentionally helpful and column B according the ways by which people are
intentionally harmful.
Column A(Helpful)

Column B(Harmful)

-why are the pictures in column Agrouped together? How about column B?

*The teacher will present a video clip and let the pupils watch it.

We can be friends.(Higala kita)
We can shake hands.(Maglamano ta.)
We can hold hands, but not too tight.
(Magkupot ta nga dili hugot)
But please, not too tight.(Dili hugot kaayo)
You can put your arms on my shoulders.(Makabutang ka sa imong bukton sa akong
abaga.)

But dont touch other parts of my body.(Ayaw hikapa ang ubang bahin sa
akong lawas.)
I am Pat.(Ako si Pat.)
I am jolly and sweet.(Malipayon ug buotan).
We can be friends.(Higala kita)
We can shake hands.( Maglamano ta.)
We can hold hands, but not too tight.(Magkupot ta nga dili hugot)

-Where you can put your hands?(Asa man dapit pwede ibutang ang kamot?)
-Why you cant put your hands to other parts of the body?(Nganong dili man pwede
ibutang ang kamot sa laing parte sa lawas?
-What are good touch? Bad touch?
*The teacher will discuss about the good and bad touch.

6.Application :
The teacher will let the pupils portray/role play the good and bad
touch.
IV. Evaluation
The pupils will be given a worksheets. Color the box beside the with red that shows
good touch and mark X those pictures that shows bad touch.

V. Homework
Bring 2 pictures that show good and bad touch.

Remediation:
Using the digital flashcards the pupils will play a game. If the flash pictures isa good
touch they will touch their head and if it is a bad touch they put their hands in their
chest.
