RENT AGREEMENT
This Rent Agreement is made at Delhi on this 14th day of May 2015, between
Smt. Jaya Rudola, Wife Of Sh. Vipin Rudola R/o- WB-168A, Street No-07,
Shakarpur, Delhi-110092 (Hereinafter called the First party/Landlord)

AND
Sh. Manmohan Singh Chauhan S/O- Sh. M.S. Chauhan R/O- T-II/3, 132 KV
SUB STATION, NURSERY ROAD, SRINAGAR, GARHWAL, UTTRAKHAND
(Hereinafter called the second party/tenant). The Expression shall mean and include
the legal heirs, successors assignees etc. of the parties. WHEREAS The first

party is the owner and in possession of property situated at R/O Two-one Room
Set On Second Floor, WB-150, GANESH NAGAR, Shakarpur, Delhi-110092
the second party has approached the first party to-let out the said premises on rent
for which the first party has also agreed to let out the same on rent on the following
terms and condition:-

NOW THIS RENT AGREEMENT IS WITNESSTH AS UNDER:


1. That the monthly rent of the above said premises is settled at Rs. 11000/-(Eleven
Thousands only) excluding Electric & Maintenance charges.
2. That the tenancy will be commences w.e.f 14-Apr-2015 and same will valid
for 11 month and this will be expired on 13-Feb-2016.
3. That the tenant shall pay in advance amount of Nill/- as interest free Refundable
Security Amount of rent this will be refunded back to the tenant after the expiry of
the rent agreement that the owner will not pay any interest on the above said
security amount.
4. That the tenant will use the premises for Residence/commercial purpose and will
not change the use thereof.
5. That the tenant will not have any right to subject part with or assign the premises
in any shape manner.
6. That the tenant will not carry out any short of alteration or addition of damage in
the tenanted
Premises, if any damage done by the tenant in the house & installations, the tenant
shall be liable to make good the same.
7. That the electric and water charges will be paid by the tenant separately to the
authorities concerned as per the bill.
8. That by annual white washing, painting etc. will be done by the landlord at his
own costs and expenses.

9. That if the tenant stops the payment of rent, then the landlord will be free to
initiate legal proceedings for the recovery of all the arrears of rent and to evict the
tenant.
10. That the tenant will not do any act in contravention of the land and the civic
authorities in the tenanted premises.
11. That the landlord will not make any objection regarding getting telephone
connection, Bank Account opening any type of registration etc.
12. That while vacating the premises at any time in future the tenant will return
possession of the same to the landlord only and to the none else.
13. That the legal heirs, executors, administrators and nominees of both the parties
will also remain bound by all these terms and conditions.
14. That after the expiry of the tenancy period, if both the parties may agree to
extent to tenancy period beyond the period mentioned in this agreement, then the
rent will be increased by 10%of monthly rent otherwise the tenant shall vacate the
said rented premises and handover its possession to the owner without any delay.
15. That the second party will not violates any rules and regulations of DDA, MCD,
Delhi Admn., DJB, BSES. And/or any concerned authorities in the aforesaid premises.
16. That either both party shall provide One month notice to vacate the said
premises. IN WITNESS WHEREOF this rent agreement is made at Delhi on the month
and year first written
