1.0 OVERVIEW
This procedure can be used to create a webMetrics like report from a TCR standalone report in Excel 2007 format.

2.0 PERREQUISITES:
2.1 Created an Excel 2007 TCR Report.

3.0 PROCEDURE
3.1 Resize the chart to fit your screen size.

1. Click anywhere on the chart to see the chart borders.

2. Using Click&Drag resize your chart to fit your screen by adjusting the width and height of the chart. This can be
done by grabbing the edges or corners of the chart where you see the three dots . The cursor will change to a
double arrow

3.2 Set the Specify interval size to 8.

Left-click anywhere on the horizontal-axis to highlight the Horizontal Category.

Right-click anywhere on the horizontal-axis and select Format Axis.

3 In the Axis Options, under Interval between labels, select Specify interval unit and enter a number
from 6 to 8. If the Horizontal Category is too congested, then select Automatic. Then Close.

3.3 Change the Hourly Memory Utilization chart to Line type and line style width of 2.25.

Select the Hourly Memory Utilization by left-clicking the bar chart. Right-Click within Chart, and select
Change Series Chart Type from the pop-up box.

Select the left-most Line chart, then click OK.

To change the Line Style width to 2.25, right-click on the line of the chart and select Format Data
Series from the pop-up box.

Select Line Style, and change the Width to 2.25, If you get a Complex Formating dialog box,
respond Yes, then Close. Save the Excel document.

5.0 APENDEX A BRIEF OVERVIEW

1. run the TCR- Common Report and save as Excel 2007 format.
2. Resize the charts to fit your screen using click&drag.
Highlight entire chart, select the corners / middle of the edges of the chart to resize.
3. Specify interval size for the horizontal-axis to 8,
Highlight horizontal-axis, Format Axis, Axis Options, Interval between labels, Select "Specify interval unit",
enter 8, Close
4. Make the following changes to the "Hourly Average Memory Utilization" chart
change the chart type to Line. Highlight chart, right-click, select "Change Series Chart Type", select left most
Line Chart, then ok
change the line width to 2.25 pt Highlight chart, right-click, select "Format Data Series", Line Style, Width 2.25,
Close
