a) 2016 BAOC Annual Meeting
a. Date consider changing to 2nd or 3rd week of March instead of the 4th .
Possible conflicts with Palm Sunday and Easter. Next Annual Meeting will
be held on Sunday March 13, 2016
b. Venue SSF Conference Center
i. New contract with reduced room rental from $1500 to $1000, and
will include adjacent salon as a sound buffer.
c. Cancellation Policy & registration deadlines.
d. PayPal Account can this be changed to show BAOC as the account
name?
e. Registration fees
i. Consider increasing registration cost to $45 to cover PayPal Costs
ii. Separate on-site registration fee
f. Sponsorship
i. Raffle prizes collection date should be included on the Sponsorship
Commitment Forms
ii. Sponsorship Committee will take over all vendor communication
once a society has confirmed agreement with a vendor (i.e.
Sponsorship committee should be direct contact with all vendors
regarding payment, event details, collection of raffle prizes, and
any questions from reps).
