Features:
Safety
Software and hardware dual temperature control design, when one
thermostat failure, the other thermostat automatically work, 15 minutes
no operation, automatic shutdown, more secure and reliable.
The machine has applied for CE \ UL safety certification
TEDDY BEARS
Efficient
The 300X420X110mm capacity reactor core design capacity,
can put 12 mugs at one time, greatly improve work performance.
Delicate
Bump dots surface design, greatly improve the heat area, die-cast
aluminum alloy heating far infrared radiation coating, so that each
point of the temperature of the furnace are uniform to ensure that
the image transfer more delicate and clear.
PHONE COVERS
METAL SHEETS
Highly Intelligent
Work without any key operation, just gently close the cover,
the machine will automatically aspirate, countdown and heat up.
When the work is completed, automatically deflated,
All you need is a simple process to place and remove products
User-Friendly
For first time use, the temperature and time set-up process is very easy
to understand and easy to learn.
Environmental Protection
Efficient activated carbon air filter is installed in the machine, effectively
to worry too much toxic and harmful gases generated in the transfer
process, transported to the outdoors through the long catheter to
ensure the health and safety of the operating personnel.
Multifunctional
The machine covers all the functions of the heat transfer machine,
which can transfer mug, glass, crystal, acrylic, plastic, wood, metal,
stone, cloth and so on .with various types of fixture, can do sublimation
transfer on different size and shape of mugs. Transfer large format,
delicate, clear, high color reproduction, far more than the traditional
heat transfer machine.

Operating Instructions
For best results, the 3D Sublimation Machine should be placed on
a level, clean, stable, well-ventilated work area free of flammable
materials. It is recommended that the unit be plugged directly
into an AC power outlet.
2. Inspect all cabling, wiring and machine body to ensure the unit
has not been damaged in transit.

Troubleshooting:
Q. Transfer Paper appears yellow after process?
A. Lower Temperature and/or Reduce Heating Time
Q. What if automatic operation failed, including air extraction,
suction and countdown?
A. Adjust the distance between the vacuum extracting plate and
the switch. Normally, the distance shall be at 3mm, magnet
strength will be weak if the distance is too far.
Q. The Effect does not look good on certain textures?
A.Temperature and Time have to be changed accordingly
This will be vary based on a number of factors including:
- Paper Quality
- Printing Machine
- Product Texture
- Temperature Conditions
Q: The printing appears to be unclear?
A: 1) Check the Vacuum guage to see if the vacuum pressure
reaches 0.64mmhg. If the pressure fails to reach he value,
leakage can be assured. Check the vacuum extracting strip
to see if its well sealed.
2)
Check connections of pipe for looseness or leakage
Troubleshooting (Continued):
Q. What if abnormal sound occurs and the machine fails to run normally?
A. 1)
Open the cover of the rear power box and check if any
wind-up on the vacuum fan. If there is, unwire it.
2) Check if there is any water in the air filter. Water needs to be
emptied and the filter core will need to be replaced periodically.
Q. There is a big gap found between the set and real temperature.
A: 1) Overheating within 30 Degrees C is acceptable when the
metal heating pipes are working properly
2)
Check if the cooling fan beneath the circuit board works normally.
If there is any damage, the fan needs to be replaced.
3)
The machine is designed with double circuit for temperature control,
keeping the inner oven temperature below 210 Degrees C,
otherwise the machine will cease heating.
