CHAPTER ONE:

INTRODUCTION

First, I am grateful to Allah SWT of His grace and consent, I was able to complete successfully
the training industry. I am happy that this training started well and ended perfectly. It was
smooth as expected.
This training is a requirement that each student is required to Universiti Sains Islam Malaysia are
eligible to be considered for graduation.
Among the main objectives is to set up an industrial training aims to expose students to the real
working environment. They also aim to cultivate teamwork and good communication during the
work. In addition, allow students to see the connection between the theory learned in the
classroom with practical work carried out in the real working world. In addition, students can
strengthen the self-confidence to work and experience gained can also be used as preparation for
a future world of work.
With the publication of this report is expected to be a source of reference for students to find the
desired information to increase knowledge.

1.1 Industrial Training Objectives

Industry training is a one of requirement for each student and have to pass through it before
being eligible to be considered to receive graduation.

1.2 Industrial Training objectives are as follows

To expose students to the real working world.
To cultivate the spirit of teamwork and good communication during work
Enable students to see the connection between theory learned in the classroom with practical
work.
To practice safety rules in the industry.
To improve the prudent and responsible practices.
To strengthen the self-confidence to the nature of employment in the future.
To prepare a report on industrial training after graduation

1.3 The objective of the Industrial Training Report

During the Industrial Training conducted, students must complete Preparing an official report on
the work carried out during the Industrial Training is conducted for submission to the University
to make an assessment. Report assessed to qualify for approval for graduation.
Training is very important reports prepared by the students after completing his training in a
company's industry. This report shows the overall travel and activities of a company. It also
describes the overall work carried out and implemented while at work. All work and training
they have done will be recorded and described in this report. All documents used throughout the
report to be attached and included as a report and recommendation. The official report shall be to
use a computer and prepared in accordance with established procedures.

CHAPTER TWO:
REPORT OF TRAINING INDUSTRY

2.1 Background of Pejabat Agama Islam Daerah Kuala Selangor.

Pejabat Agama Islam Daerah Kuala Selangor known as "PAID K.Sel" is one of the official
religions which operate around Kuala Selangor area.
Pejabat Agama Islam Daerah Kuala Selangor is a government agency established to improve the
socio-cultural especially of the Muslim community. Its simply being is through the Jabatan
Agama Islam Selangor as a religious institution in the state of Selangor Darul Ehsan. This office
was established more than 30 years and started initial operations in the town of Tanjung Karang
to be known as the Pejabat Agama Islam Tanjung Karang Sungai Kajang.
In terms of administration, this office has been headed by a religious administrative officer
appointed by the by JAIS to ensure the smooth running of Islamic institutions at the district level
can be fueled to expand to all citizens, especially in Kuala Selangor
This office implementation of several important elements which should be applied from the main
part of the administrative system in JAIS. Among the units established as Unit Pentadbiran, Unit
Undang-Undang Keluarga, Unit Pengurusan Masjid, Unit Dakwah, Unit Pendidikan Islam, Unit
Penguatkuasaan, Unit Penyelidikan dan Pembangunan
Furthermore, this office is being upgraded with the creation of the new office is more conducive
and friendly. Construction is currently underway is expected to be completed around the end of
2015 a strategic position in the heart of Kuala Selangor.

2.2 Vision, Mission and Objective

1. Memastikan Pejabat Agama Islam Daerah Kuala Selangor sentiasa memberikan
perkhidmatan yang terbaik, cekap, berkesan sejajr dengan prosedur kualiti kerja MS ISO
9001.
2. Merancang, mengurus dan melaksanakan program-program dakwah kepada masyarakat
Islam dan bukan Islam.
3. Melaksana, Menguatkuasa dan Memantau Undang-undang Kekeluargaan Islam Selangor
dan Enakmen Jenayah Syariah Selangor.
4. Menjadikan Masjid, Surau, Sekolah Agama sebagai Institusi Unggul Islam dan
Pemangkin kepada Pembangunan Ummah yang Muttaqi.
5. Menyelia dan Menjalankan sesi kaunseling kekeluargaan dengan terlatih dan berkesan
dengan harapan ia mampu mengurangkan permasalahan rumahtangga.
6. Merancang dan mencadangkan projek pembangunan fizikal dan Ilmiah kepada pihak
JAIS disamping memantau projek yang sedang berjalan atau sedia ada.
7. Membantu mengesan, mematau dan membanteras aktiviti penyelewengan akidah.
8. Membantu Progam Agama Islam yang dianjur dan dijalankan oleh mana-mana Institusi
Islam, Agensi Kerajaan dan Swasta dalam daerah.
9. Mengenalpasti dan mengawal Institusi-institusi Pendidikan Islam Swasta
10. Menyelia Sekolah-sekolah Agama JAIS
11. Menyedia pertubuhan dan mendaftar kes-kes Jenayah Syariah ke mahkamah serta
membuat laporan perbincaraan.

CHAPTER THREE:
SUMMARY OF ACTIVITIES

Im Nurul Adilah Bt student Ruslan, Akidah and Religion Studies from Universiti Sains Islam
Malaysia began to report on Monday dated 23 February 2015 in the Pejabat Agama Islam Daerah
Kuala Selangor, (PAIDKS). Beginning on the first day and the next day, deeds must do is read the
Quran together PAIDKS staffs. After that, as a students practical, on the first day, I had to
introduce myself to all staffs. After that, I turned over to Mrs. Rozita here as my supervisor and
my give tasks to once every 2 weeks.
Summary of activities following of units:
1) Unit of Undang-Undang Keluarga
At the first day after registering myself to training in Pejabat Agama Islam Daerah Kuala
Selangor, they put me in Unit Undang-Undang Keluarga. In this unit, I was
commissioned to complete the information on marriage, divorce in the log book, check
the information and errors in the log book. Compiling marriage and divorce certificates,
and update documents and marriage certificates divorce. Preparing a few days after the
report, on the third day, I was assigned to take care of the counter where it is to the
customer service. Among the tasks I can do on that day and the next is managing the
authorization form of marriage, as well as receive complaints household.

2) Unit of Penyelidikan dan Pengurusan

In the second week industrial training, 2 March 2015, I was assigned to research and
development unit (RnD). What I have done in this unit was, the officer asked me to
prepare a report form Tabung Pembangunan Islam Selangor (TAPIS) for February 2015.
In the afternoon, I and the unit officers had gone to visit the website of Al-Quran by fans

who do not report to. I was assigned to take all appropriate information and take pictures
as evidence is forthcoming report.
At this unit is also, I had the opportunity to review a commercial slaughter poultry and
meat. I therefore take the opportunity to learn more about the chicken slaughter, In
addition, the skills I gained during the week where I am in this unit is attached to affix the
stamp and current address to the chairman of the mosque on the envelope. It aims to
simplify the process of correspondence with that address.
During the two weeks I was assigned to this unit, I often make operation outside the
office. It gives me the opportunity to get more experience working outside the office.

3) Unit of Pengurusan Dakwah

In the fourth and fifth weeks, I have been assigned to the unit Dakwah Management
headed by Ustazah Aziean as Islamic Affairs Officer. The unit also has directed me to
send some documents and letters to the parties concerned, using a fax machine. In the
unit is the first time I have learned how to use the fax machine properly. My next
assignment in this unit is making a call for participants Quran recitation classes.
If before this I've been making calls in an informal, but with a call to the participant
I was taught how to make calling formally with a soft, clear voice heard by participating
in it. What can I summarize here is, this is more Unit of Pengurusan Dakwah helped me
gain more experience and in depth knowledge of doing the work in terms of the
statements and involve external activities, because almost every week preaching Unit of
Pengurusan Dakwah conducted a propaganda programs in areas of Kuala Selangor.
Automatically I as a practical student involved success of programs organized by this
unit. Among the programs are held Ceramah Fiqh Wanita , Class Quran, Talk Show
Pasak Akidah and others.

4) Unit Pengurusan Masjid

Tugasan saya pada minggu seterusnya, iaitu minggu ke enam dan ketujuh beralih ke Unit
pengurusan masjid. Unit tersebut adalah unit yang mengawal dan menyelia imam-imam
masjid daerah kuala Selangor yang mempunyai lebih daripada 100 buah masjid dan
surau.

My next task in week six and seventh switches to theUnit of Pengurusan Masjid. These
units control and supervise priests mosque Kuala Selangor area that has more than 100
mosques and surau.
The unit I was about to do the work properly because in the sixth week, the chairman and
some members of the mosque management unit is not in pejabat.Di this unit I was given
the task of filling the information mosques and prayer-the-art online and manually. In
addition, I was also assigned to old files and restructure a new file on the rack provided.
Skills that I have found in this mosque management unit is to think creatively about how
to beautify the shelves and files that appear regularly and can be reached easily.
Unit Pengurusan Masjid in collaboration with the Selangor Islamic Religious Department
held a " Seminar Professional Khatib Negeri Selangor 2015" on 2 April 2015, so practical
student, I was given the opportunity to help manage the registration and souvenir.

5) Unit Penguatkuasaan
Others with enforcement unit were commissioned at week eighth and ninth. This unit is a
challenge for me and many of my extensive experience gained in this unit. to my
knowledge, this unit many operations outside the office and outside office hours. Almost
every night, I have this enforcement unit, I had an operation to combat crime and
adultery.

6) Unit Pendidikan Islam

Has now entered the tenth and eleventh weeks where I was assigned to the unit of Islamic
Education. Here I was given trust to create a file for the presence of Kafa teachers. In
order to facilitate the search process for the names of teachers who are in the estuary area
Selangor. In addition, I also assist in the replication of softcopy to be made check list and
save the file to the computer. With skills that apply to me, I have been able to strengthen
the skills of typing and makes the file with my own ideas.

7) Unit Pentadbiran
In the last weeks of my practical at this PAIDKS I was assigned to take care of the
counter where it is to serve customers who come and answer incoming calls and make
calls to customers. Also, I was given the task to receive a marriage consent form, check
the documents and issuing the marriage authorization form which will depress their
marriage. Another task that I did was to register the marriage information, dates and thiss
is married and recorded in the log book as proof of application. Furthermore, the task
given to me was to update the file by writing out a letter on paper minutes. I also helped
to make copies of any documents potostat required. Skills that I gained here is how the
preparation of documents, files properly and brought through a structured procedure.

RECOMMENDATION

I recommend that the project paper is accepted in particular fulfillment for the degree Bachelor
of Akidah and Religion Studies (Hons). In general comment, I suggest to the university to create
jointly organized between the organization and the university for the students of Universiti Sains
Islam Malaysia Scientific shaped like lectures, pre-marriage courses and programs that are of
interest mainly to the students of Universiti Sains Islam Malaysia

CONCLUSION
Overall I fully agree over the Industrial Training during the universe continued for 16 weeks.
During that period, I have gained a lot of experience and useful knowledge. Industrial Training
indirectly this could increase the interest in the religious field and provide opportunities for
students to gain exposure on the scope of work after completing their studies at Universiti Sains
Islam Malaysia. I am also very grateful to those who have assisted directly and indirectly through
the Industrial Training I. Without the help of the University, lecturers and staff in place practical,
I'm sure we do not have the opportunity to undergo industrial training at the Pejabat Agama
Islam Daerah Kuala Selangor
I can conclude here that learning in college is not enough without a practical need to learn as
well. This is because not all theory is implemented in accordance with what they have learned in
a practical place. During the Industrial Training, I am exposed to many aspects of management,
filing, and reporting. The advantage that I can earn here is I can feel all the 9 units found in my
place with all sorts of practical,
Finally, I hope that the Industrial Training program such as this could be continued again in the
future because it gives a lot of advantages to the student which is seen as a preparation for the
students to take the job after completing his studies later.
