INTRODUCTION
First, I am grateful to Allah SWT of His grace and consent, I was able to complete successfully
the training industry. I am happy that this training started well and ended perfectly. It was
smooth as expected.
This training is a requirement that each student is required to Universiti Sains Islam Malaysia are
eligible to be considered for graduation.
Among the main objectives is to set up an industrial training aims to expose students to the real
working environment. They also aim to cultivate teamwork and good communication during the
work. In addition, allow students to see the connection between the theory learned in the
classroom with practical work carried out in the real working world. In addition, students can
strengthen the self-confidence to work and experience gained can also be used as preparation for
a future world of work.
With the publication of this report is expected to be a source of reference for students to find the
desired information to increase knowledge.
Industry training is a one of requirement for each student and have to pass through it before
being eligible to be considered to receive graduation.
During the Industrial Training conducted, students must complete Preparing an official report on
the work carried out during the Industrial Training is conducted for submission to the University
to make an assessment. Report assessed to qualify for approval for graduation.
Training is very important reports prepared by the students after completing his training in a
company's industry. This report shows the overall travel and activities of a company. It also
describes the overall work carried out and implemented while at work. All work and training
they have done will be recorded and described in this report. All documents used throughout the
report to be attached and included as a report and recommendation. The official report shall be to
use a computer and prepared in accordance with established procedures.

SUMMARY OF ACTIVITIES
Im Nurul Adilah Bt student Ruslan, Akidah and Religion Studies from Universiti Sains Islam
Malaysia began to report on Monday dated 23 February 2015 in the Pejabat Agama Islam Daerah
Kuala Selangor, (PAIDKS). Beginning on the first day and the next day, deeds must do is read the
Quran together PAIDKS staffs. After that, as a students practical, on the first day, I had to
introduce myself to all staffs. After that, I turned over to Mrs. Rozita here as my supervisor and
my give tasks to once every 2 weeks.
Summary of activities following of units:
1) Unit of Undang-Undang Keluarga
At the first day after registering myself to training in Pejabat Agama Islam Daerah Kuala
Selangor, they put me in Unit Undang-Undang Keluarga. In this unit, I was
commissioned to complete the information on marriage, divorce in the log book, check
the information and errors in the log book. Compiling marriage and divorce certificates,
and update documents and marriage certificates divorce. Preparing a few days after the
report, on the third day, I was assigned to take care of the counter where it is to the
customer service. Among the tasks I can do on that day and the next is managing the
authorization form of marriage, as well as receive complaints household.

At this unit is also, I had the opportunity to review a commercial slaughter poultry and
meat. I therefore take the opportunity to learn more about the chicken slaughter, In

simplify the process of correspondence with that address.
During the two weeks I was assigned to this unit, I often make operation outside the
office. It gives me the opportunity to get more experience working outside the office.
My next task in week six and seventh switches to theUnit of Pengurusan Masjid. These
units control and supervise priests mosque Kuala Selangor area that has more than 100
mosques and surau.
The unit I was about to do the work properly because in the sixth week, the chairman and
some members of the mosque management unit is not in pejabat.Di this unit I was given
the task of filling the information mosques and prayer-the-art online and manually. In
addition, I was also assigned to old files and restructure a new file on the rack provided.
Skills that I have found in this mosque management unit is to think creatively about how
to beautify the shelves and files that appear regularly and can be reached easily.
Unit Pengurusan Masjid in collaboration with the Selangor Islamic Religious Department
held a " Seminar Professional Khatib Negeri Selangor 2015" on 2 April 2015, so practical
student, I was given the opportunity to help manage the registration and souvenir.
5) Unit Penguatkuasaan
Others with enforcement unit were commissioned at week eighth and ninth. This unit is a
challenge for me and many of my extensive experience gained in this unit. to my
knowledge, this unit many operations outside the office and outside office hours. Almost
every night, I have this enforcement unit, I had an operation to combat crime and
adultery.
7) Unit Pentadbiran
In the last weeks of my practical at this PAIDKS I was assigned to take care of the
counter where it is to serve customers who come and answer incoming calls and make
calls to customers. Also, I was given the task to receive a marriage consent form, check
the documents and issuing the marriage authorization form which will depress their
marriage. Another task that I did was to register the marriage information, dates and thiss
is married and recorded in the log book as proof of application. Furthermore, the task
given to me was to update the file by writing out a letter on paper minutes. I also helped
to make copies of any documents potostat required. Skills that I gained here is how the
preparation of documents, files properly and brought through a structured procedure.
RECOMMENDATION
I recommend that the project paper is accepted in particular fulfillment for the degree Bachelor
of Akidah and Religion Studies (Hons). In general comment, I suggest to the university to create
jointly organized between the organization and the university for the students of Universiti Sains
Islam Malaysia Scientific shaped like lectures, pre-marriage courses and programs that are of
interest mainly to the students of Universiti Sains Islam Malaysia

CONCLUSION
Overall I fully agree over the Industrial Training during the universe continued for 16 weeks.
During that period, I have gained a lot of experience and useful knowledge. Industrial Training
indirectly this could increase the interest in the religious field and provide opportunities for
students to gain exposure on the scope of work after completing their studies at Universiti Sains
Islam Malaysia. I am also very grateful to those who have assisted directly and indirectly through
the Industrial Training I. Without the help of the University, lecturers and staff in place practical,
I'm sure we do not have the opportunity to undergo industrial training at the Pejabat Agama
Islam Daerah Kuala Selangor
I can conclude here that learning in college is not enough without a practical need to learn as
well. This is because not all theory is implemented in accordance with what they have learned in
a practical place. During the Industrial Training, I am exposed to many aspects of management,
filing, and reporting. The advantage that I can earn here is I can feel all the 9 units found in my
place with all sorts of practical,
Finally, I hope that the Industrial Training program such as this could be continued again in the
future because it gives a lot of advantages to the student which is seen as a preparation for the
students to take the job after completing his studies later.
