SYNOPSIS
The purpose of this course is to expose students with related processes of policy and
planning in transportation. Students will learn on factors influencing policy and
planning which acceptable by country, organizations and communities. Students
would be able to rationalize for better preparing transport policy through survey,
structuring the contents of policy, layouts, purposes, budgets, benefits, target group
requirements and its outcomes. Students will be able to expose the planning for
infrastructure, transport operations, related transport regulations, public amenities
and transport services. A proper policy and planning in transportation shall mitigate
related transportation problems; encounter the organizational and government
objectives. Through formulating an effective transports policy and planning could
produce better outcomes as well as increasing the operational efficiency in related
modes and budgets.

At the end of the study, students will be able to:
