This ticket will only be v alid with an ID proof in original. If f ound trav elling without ID Proof ,
Passenger will be treated as without ticket and charged as per extant Railway rules.
At least one passenger should trav el with his/her ID card in original which is indicated on the
ERS/VRM. In case he/she is not trav elling, all other passenger(s) booked on that ticket, if f ound
trav elling in train will be treated as trav elling without ticket and charged accordingly .
Valid IDs to be presented during train journey by one of the passenger booked on an e-ticket :- Voter
Identity Card / Passport / PAN Card / Driv ing License / Photo ID card issued by Central / State
Gov t / Public Sector Undertakings of State / Central Gov ernment ,District Administrations , Muncipal
bodies and Panchay at Administrations which are hav ing serial number / Student Identity Card with
photograph issued by recognized School or College f or their students / Nationalized Bank Passbook
with photograph /Credit Cards issued by Banks with laminated photograph/Unique Identif ication Card
"Aadhaar".

The accommodation booked is not transf erable and is v alid only if the ORIGINAL ID card printed abov e is presented during the journey . The
ERS/VRM along with printed ID proof in original would be v erif ied by TTE with the name and PNR on the chart. If the passenger f ail to
produce/display ERS/VRM due to any ev entuality (loss, damaged mobile/laptop etc.) but has the prescribed original proof of identity , a
penalty of Rs.50/- per ticket as applicable to such cases will be lev ied. The ticket checking staf f On board/Of f board will giv e Excess Fare
Ticket f or the same.
E-ticket cancellations are permitted through www.irctc.co.in by the user.
PNRs hav ing f ully waitlisted status will be dropped and the names of the passengers will not appear on the chart. They are not allowed to
board the train. Howev er the namesof PARTIALLY waitlisted/conf irmed and RAC will appear in the chart.
Obtain certif icate f rom the TTE /Conductor in case of (a) PARTIALLY waitlisted e-ticket when LESS NO. OF PASSENGERS trav el,
(b)A.C.FAILURE, (c)TRAVEL IN LOWER CLASS. This original certif icate must be sent to GGM (IT), IRCTC, Internet Ticketing Centre, IRCA
Building, State Entry Road, New Delhi-110055 af ter f iling TDR online within prescribed time f or claiming ref und.
In case of Partial conf irmed/RAC/Wait listed ticket, TDR should be f iled online within prescribed time in case NO PASSENGER is trav elling
f or processing of ref und as per Railway ref und rules
While TDR ref und requests are f iled & registered on IRCTC website www.irctc.co.in, they are processed by Zonal Railway s as per Railway
Ref und Rules.(detail av ailable on www.irctc.co.in under heading General Inf ormation.
In Premium Special Train cancellation is not allowed.Howev er, ticket can be cancelled and f ull ref und is admissible if the train is cancelled by
Indian Railway s.
