LOCATIONpy3vntsetup:1d
APPPAY06882:Assertionfailuredetectedatlocationpy3vntsetup:1d.
Cause:aninternalerrorhasoccurredatlocationpy3vntsetup:1d.
Action:pleasecontactyourOraclecustomerrepresentative.

CAUSE
Theerroroccurredbecauseofmissingdllfileswereincorrectlyplacedintheutilsfolder,andshouldhavebeenlocatedintheLib
folder.

ALTERNATECAUSE:
Thepay_action_parameterTAX_LIBRARIESisnotcorrect.ItshouldpointtothesamedirectoryastheLD_LIBRARY_PATH.
RunthefollowingSQLstatement:
SQL>select*frompay_action_parameterswhereparameter_namelike'TAX%'
