In supersession of all previously purchases on the topic described above, permission/License for set up of short-term
components on Roof-Tops/Ground stage of various property for Cellular/Basic Ulefone Be Pure Cellular Phone
Solutions shall be accepted as per the plan accepted by the Organization vide Item no.U.B.No.392 old Sixteenth Goal,
2010, previously accepted by the Position Panel vide Quality No.722 old 09/02/10 and para 25 customized vide in
expectation acceptance from Chair Position Panel old 29.03.10 and Honble Gran (for Corporation) on old 06.04.10,
topic to the following conditions:

1 For set up of Platform Place Antennas, clearances is needed from Worldwide airports Power of Native indian,
DUAC, Primary Flame Official (DFS), ASI & DMRC (wherever applicable).

2 Structural balance certification from any one of the following five organizations are needed to be obtained by the
Cellular and Primary Cellular Operators:(a) Indian Institution of Technological innovation (IIT), Delhi.
(b) Central Developing Research Institution (CBRI), Roorkee.
(c) Rail Native indian Technical & Economic Solutions Ltd.(RITES), Delhi.
(d) National Regulators for Concrete & Developing Material, 34 KM Rock, Delhi Mathura Street, Faridabad
(Haryana).
(e) Indian Institution of Technological innovation (IIT), Roorkeee.

6 Fees:
Rs.5 lacs per framework plus.

7 For Community Buildings Rs.25/- per sq. ft. monthly shall be billed towards certification fee for the place to be

27 NOCs:

28 Application:

(a) Before erection of Cellular Tower, program shall be authorized together by the owner(s) of the property & the
Cellular Service Company Co. Copy of contract between the support organization organization & the proprietor shall
also be presented alongwith the program.
(b) In situation of the Community components, NOC of the Head of the Department/Land & Property Deptt. under
whose authority building or place is located is needed.
(c) The program shall be authorized under the trademark of Designer, authorized with the Regulators of Structure who
will approve that the suggested framework is safe in all regard. Alongwith the architectural design computation on the

(d) Erection of framework shall only be allowed only on regularized components.
