Article I - League Officers

Please contact your league officers if you have any questions regarding leagues rules or
regulations. For rule specific issues, please contact the league commissioner. A cocommissioner (details outlined below) will be named at the start of each season. They will be
picked by a league wide vote minus the commissioner. This person will serve as a backup in
instances where the commissioner cannot provide timely responses or does not have current
computer access. Each year this co-commissioner will be re-selected by the league, with no
maximum on seasons served. If your questions relate to money (league fees, payouts, important
deadlines regarding fees, etc.), contact the league treasurer.

Co-commissioner
If you are unable to reach the league commissioner, please contact the league co-commissioner.
The co-commissioner will have complete commissioner access, but their actions will be
reviewed by the commissioner. Reversal of a co-commissioner decision is at the complete
discretion of the commissioner. A co-commissioner cannot serve as the treasurer is the same
season.

League Treasurer
The league treasurer will be selected by the commissioner each year. The treasurers role is at the
complete discretion of the commissioner. Please send your league entry fees to the league
treasurer. In the event that you place top 3 in the playoffs, it is your responsibility to provide the
league treasurer with your details and preferred method of payment. The treasurer will accept
PayPal, venmo, or check (PayPal service fees will be covered by team managers). If you want to
pay with check, send a text to the treasurer to work out details.

Article II - League Entry & Other Fees

The following fees will be collected 1 week prior to the draft. If payment is not made by then,
the commissioner will actively search for a new manager. If no new manager is found, the
commissioner will draft the extra team. Managers can still pay within 1 week of the draft, but
will risk losing their league spot.
Season Fee: $50 per Team.
All proceeds for season entry fees will fund the prize money. No commissioner or any other fees
will be taken from this pot.
Inaugural Season Fee: $20 Total per Team
This is a one-time expense that will be used to purchase a trophy and engrave the names of the
past 3 league championship winners.
Trophy Engraving & Shipping Fee: $25
It will be the responsibility of the team to lose the Loser playoff bracket to pay the engraving
fee for the fantasy league championship trophy as well as shipping cost. It will be the
responsibility of the previous years champion to get the trophy engraved (using the $25 Sakko
punishment). Failure for the loser to pay the $25 fee within 14 days of the fantasy championship
will result in retraction from the league. In this case, the league will split the cost to engrave the
trophy.

Article III - Prize Payout Structure

Our league awards cash prizes to the top 3 teams according to the fantasy playoffs. No regular
season prizes will be paid out.

Payout Structure

1st Place: $300 60%

2nd Place: $150 30%

3rd Place: $50 10%

The dollar amounts above shall be considered the actual payout amounts pending verification of
payment from all owners. If not all fees are collected for whatever reason, payouts will mirror
the percentages above.

Article IV - Playoff Configuration

The league will implement a 4-team Championship playoff system. The top 4 teams will be
determined first by win/loss record and total points for will be used as a tie-breaker, if necessary.
If a tie still exists, the team with the MOST points again will win the tie-breaker. The
Championship playoffs start on week 15 of the NFL regular season and last 2 weeks.
This league will also implement a 4-team Loser playoff bracket. The league loser, as defined as
the team who loses both games in the Loser playoff bracket, will pay the aforementioned $25
engraving/shipping fee. Teams finishing in the 5th and 6th position will be irrelevant playoff wise.

Article V - Draft Order Determination

Each year, a random draft order will be selected by the commissioner and possibly another
league witness (if reasonable accessible). The method of randomization is completely up to the
commissioner, but the process will be recorded with both video and audio, then posted to the
league Facebook page.
Any new teams which join the league will be slotted in the last (12th) draft position and existing
owner positions will be adjusted accordingly. If the league is short a squad, it is in the
commissioners discretion to leverage draft position to new managers in order to fill the league.
Drafts will always be snaking order.

Article VI - Trades
For a trade to be granted in a given week, it must be accepted THROUGH YAHOO no later than
24 hours before game time. All trades will be granted at the discretion of the commissioner. A
5/9 veto vote will be needed to overturn any commissioner decision regarding trades. The league
will be able to veto a trade in which the commissioner is involved on a voting basis. A motion to
veto must be made on the league Facebook page and gain 4 other comments in agreement to be
overturned. To clarify, 5 managers will need to write a post on the league Facebook page wishing
to overturn the trade.
Any trades that are submitted through the website within 24 hours of game time will be voided
and will have to be re-submitted and accepted after the MNF game to be reconsidered. Players
who have already played on a given week cannot be traded until the following week.
Once a trade is accepted through yahoo, a trade cannot be withdrawn by one party due to player
injury, suspension, or any other unforeseen circumstance. A trade can be withdrawn by one party
after both parties have accepted on Yahoo as long as it has not been processed by the
commissioner. The trade deadline is November 13, 2015 (Week 9).

Article VII - Rule Creation

When a league dispute arises which has not been addressed in the league constitution, a
discussion will ensue on possible resolutions. Following the discussion period, the
commissioner will create an online poll so that owners can vote on an appropriate course of
action. The result of the poll will apply immediately and the resulting ruling will be appended to
the existing constitution for future reference.
To make a change to the league constitution, a discussion period will open in the Facebook
group. Upon the completion of the discussion, an online survey will be created. 6 manager votes
will ratify new changes. Any changes made will take effect next season.
Emergency rule changes will require 8 manager supporters. With 8 affirmative votes, the
constitution may be changed mid-season.
All poll outcomes will be determined based on a plurality and in the case of a tie, the
commissioner will use his infinite wisdom to cast the deciding vote. When possible, polls will
run for 3 days unless it is closer to game day, in which case the voting time will be shortened
accordingly.

Article VIII - Roster Oversights

This section only pertains to teams with a win/loss record below .500 following week 7
games.
If an owner has a roster slot open (either due to bye week or simple oversight), but has a backup
player (not on bye, or OUT) available on their bench, then the Commissioner must insert the
available player in the open roster slot. If two eligible bench players exist, then the player with
the highest Yahoo projected point output for that week will be inserted.
The commissioner will not make a substitution for a player who is OUT, regardless of when they
were declared out. The following is true for all teams over the entire season - Team owners are
allowed to have open roster slots on their team during any given week, assuming that they make
it known to the commissioner that they are purposefully leaving that roster spot open.

Article IX Keeper Rules

Beginning with the 2015 season, each manager will select 2 players from their previous seasons
team roster as it appeared on the last day of the season. It is not an option to keep 0 or 1 players,
each manager must select 2 players. Each keeper will replace a draft pick. The pick lost will
reflect the round that the keeper player was selected in during the previous season draft. The 8th
5

round pick is the worst pick you will be able to forfeit. If your keeper was either undrafted, or
drafted in or after the 8th round in the previous draft, your 8th round pick will be forfeited. If a
manager chooses 2 keepers with the previous criteria, said squad will relinquish their 7th & 8th
round picks.

Article XI Waiver Rules

Waivers are defined as the waiting period for adding a player either during the weeks games or

Monday night at 7:30 pm CST. The waiver period lasts until Tuesday, 12 pm CST. If a player is
