Date: 25th September 2014.

It is proposed that the music video will be of three minutes and fifty five seconds
duration, filmed at Glenthorne high school, Sutton high street, Kingston high
street, Modern, London and Oxford street, this will be then edited at our Sutton
facility.

The music video will be aimed at females aged 13-30 years of age, due to choice
of actors, costume and locations setting; this is because the actors included in
this music video are aged between 13-30 years of age and are well both females.
As well as both actors are seen wearing causal clothing throughout the video,
which will make it easier for the target to relate to the choice of costume; this is
because the target audience may wear similar clothing or find the costume
appealing. Therefore Khrystlyn Wilson and myself are targeting our audience,
(females aged 13-30 years of age) though the use of actors, costume and
location settings.
The rating of the music video will be, PG; this is because the music video will be
safe for young children, as the music video will not contain any use of any
explicit language or images. Therefore this music video is safe and suitable for all
ages. However this music video is stereotyped to appeal to females aged 13-30,
due to the genre of music playing, (which is stereotyped to appeal to females
aged 13-30), actors aged between 13-30 as well as choice of costume worn by
actors is relatable for this type of audience, which in this case is females aged
13-30.

The music video will show a young independent female travelling to different
parts of England, London.

Several locations have been visited and a shortlist has been drawn up:
Suggested locations are:
Glenthorne high school, Sutton high street, Kingston high street, Modern, London
and Oxford Street.
The music video will include the following:
a) Close-up shot showing both artists lip-synching along to the lyrics of the
music video as well as displaying facial expressions, which will be
displaying both artists emotions making the music videos storyline
become clearer for the audience watching.
(State various key shots/sequences)
b) There will also be long shots in order to clearly display each location of
the music; this will be used in order for the music video to appear more
professional for the audience watching.
c)

Also there will be use of extreme of close-up in order for the audience to
clearly see both artists lip-synching along to lyrics of the music video. This

will be used in order for the music video become more conventional for
the audience watching.
d) Over the shoulder shot will also be used in order for the audience to
understand the storyline of the music video from the characters point of
view. This will used so the overall storyline of the music video becomes
more clear for the audience watching making the video become more
appealing to watch for the target audience.
e) High angle shot will also be included in the music video become more
interesting and appealing for the audience watching.
f)

Also low angle shot will also be used in order for the storyline of the video
become more clear, this is due to the fact this shot type will show that
both characters and artists in the music video have status which will be
shown though the use of low angle shot type.
