VI .Rationale:
This 3-Day Futsal Training /Seminar & Tournament Provincial
Barangays 2015 aims to promote soccer Futsal football as sport and
introduce futsal in every barangay as a new sports that can be played in
small area like basketball in every barangay in Camarines Norte.
VII. Objectives:
1. To promote futsal as sport ;
2. To develop skilful futsal players in elementary and secondary in the
province;
3. To provide worthwhile activity for the youth to help them lure away
from ills of the society;
4. To increase awareness of the positive values sportsmanship,
teamwork, fair play and
discipline.
5. To contribute to the healthy development of a child in the community.

VIII. Mechanics

The activity will be conducted on April 20-22, 2015 at Agro Sports

Center, Daet, Camarines Norte.

This 3-day Live-in Division Seminar will be participated by Tagalog

Speaking Towns Barangays, elementary and secondary MAPEH teachers
/coaches and elementary grades IV-VI and secondary futsal players . On the
first day, there will be a simultaneous join seminar for coaches and players
about futsal Laws of the Game and Basic Skills (Dribbling , Passing and
Shooting) . On the Second day, is Practical Session for coaching basic skill
and for third day, will be the
1st Mayor Joseph V. Ascutia Futsal
Tournament 2015 there will be Cash Prizes at stake sponsored by LGU
Labo, Camarines Norte. This is 5 aside or 5 vs 5 in elementary and
secondary boys and girls maximum of 14 players per team.

1. The Division of Camarines Norte will conduct a 3-Day Live-In Division
Futsal Elementary/ Secondary Teacher Coaches and Players
and 1st Mayor Joseph V. Escutia Futsal Tournament 2015 Labo
Elementary School Labo, Camarines Norte/Labo Sports Center on
January 29-31, 2015.

2. This 3-day Live-inDivision Seminar will be participated by all barangay

Tagalog Speaking Towns, elementary and secondary teacher MAPEH
teachers/coaches and elementary grades IV-VI and Grade 7-Fourth Year
High School secondary futsal players. On the first day, there will be a
simultaneous join seminar for coaches and players about futsal Laws of
the Game and Basic Skills (Dribbling, Passing and Shooting).On the
Second day, Practical Session for coaching basic skill and for third day,
will be the 1st Mayor Joseph V. Escutia Futsal Tournament 2015
there will be Cash Prizes at stake for Champion, 1st Runner up and 2nd
Runner Up sponsored by LGU Labo, Camarines Norte. This is 5 aside or
5vs 5 in elementary and secondary boys and girls maximum of 14
players per team.
3. The activity has minimum registration fee of Php 100.00
per
participants to be utilized for the training materials, certificates, sound
system, documentation , transportation of equipments, streamer,
Resource Speaker, Coaches , Officiating Officials meals and snacks and
other exigencies.
4. Coaches and players are advised to bring their own beddings, toiletries
,eating and cooking utensils for their own foods , playing attire such as:
(short, rubber shoes and long sock) and additional clothings for their
3-day staying at Labo Elementary School Labo, Camarines Norte as the
Billeting school of this activity.
5. Expenses shall be charge against personal funds of parents, coaches,
sponsorship by PTAs, NGOs, LGUs, school athletic fund and other
sources.
6. The coaches and officiating officials who render their service for this3Day Live-In Futsal Seminar
and Tournament will be given service
credit.
7. Wide dissemination of this memorandum is desired
