Animal Husbandry & Dairying Department, Haryana intends to appoint 785 Veterinary &
Livestock Development Assistants purely on contract basis for a period of one year or till the
regular appointment are made whichever is earlier as per the outsourcing Policy of the State
Government issued on 6th April 2015. Such appointee shall be paid monthly emoluments, as
per out sourcing policy which presently comes to Rs. 13740/- per month. They will be liable to
be posted in any of the departmental institutions in the State where the vacancies exits. This
appointment will not confer any right for regularization in service or any other benefit of such
engagement for any purpose in this department or in any other department of the Govt. The
services of such candidates shall be terminated on the appointment of regular selected
candidates or on completion of one year or in case of unsatisfactory work without serving any
notice and assigning any reason thereof. The candidates including retired government
employees with good service record, possessing the following qualifications are eligible for
applying for these posts and the dully filled up application form should reach to this office by

The prescribed proforma for application is available on the website of the

department i.e. www.pashudhanharyana.gov.in which should be downloaded on legal size
paper and after dully filling up the same and with the attached documents as mentioned at Sr.
No. 10 of the application form should be addressed to Director General, Animal Husbandry &

Dairying Department, Haryana, Panchkula -134112. The application form should reach this
office either post or by hand by 5.00 PM on 03.07.2015. The applications received after the
prescribed date and time and the applications which are not on the prescribed proforma, shall
not be entertained. Please note that on the top of the envelope containing application form the
candidate should clearly write in bold letters "Application for the post of V.L.D.A. on contract
basis". The candidates are advised to enclose the following documents with the application

Attested copies of educational qualifications.

If, applying against the reserved category post, the attested copy of the proof of
being belonging to that category.
A self addressed and stamped envelope.

If need be, a written test of the candidates shall be conducted and an interview of
candidates shall be held on the date to be fixed lateron. No separate letters for test/interview
will be issued, however, the date for the same shall be notified in the leading news papers and
on the website of Department. The candidates are advised to visits the website of department
for the purpose.
