MEMORANDUM OF AGREEMENT

BE IT KNOWN TO ALL MEN THAT:

NAME, of legal age, Filipino, married to NAME OF SPOUSE, and with residence
and postal address at ______________________________________, hereinafter referred
to as the FIRST PARTY.
-ANDNAME and NAME OF SPOUSE, of legal age, married, Filipino, and with residence
and postal address at ______________________________________, hereinafter referred
to as SECOND PARTY.
WITNESSETH;
WHEREAS, the FIRST PARTY is the registered owner of a parcel of land located at
___________________________ and covered by Transfer Certificate of Title No.
_________ of the Register of Deeds of _______________ City;
WHEREAS, the SECOND PARTY have bought the parcel of land;
NOW, THEREFOR, for and in consideration of the foregoing premises and the terms
and conditions herein set forth, the parties hereby agree and bind as follows:
1. That the Contract Price for the Sale of the Parcel of land shall be SEVEN
HUNDRED FIFTY THOUSAND PESOS (P750,000.00), Philippine Currency.
2. Upon signing of this agreement, the SECOND PARTY shall pay as down payment
the amount of SIX HUNDRED THOUSAND PESOS (P600,000.00) to the FIRST
PARTY.
3. The FIRST PARTY, upon signing of this agreement, is given 30 days to vacate the
premises peacefully and without damage and without a need for demand.
4. That the balance of ONE HUNDRED FIFTY THOUSAND PESOS(P 150,000.00)
shall be paid by the FIRST PARTY on or before June 30, 2015 to the SECOND
PARTY.
5. In case of any violation of this agreement, the Venue of all actions shall be in
Cagayan de Oro City.

appeared the above-stated parties known to me to be the same persons who executed the
foregoing MEMORANDUM OF AGREEMENT, and they acknowledged to me that the

This instrument consisting of two (2) pages, including the page on which this
acknowledgment is written, has been signed on the left margin of each and every page
thereof by the parties and their witnesses, and sealed with my notarial seal.
