INTRODUCTION
Day by day, theelectronics industry develops the different systems as per requirement of people.
So as anengg. We always think about the need of people and try to complete that requirement.
So as per requirement of society we design this project, which is a combination of
different subsystems and using this subsystem we can produce this important and intelligent
device system. This project which can help the people in different problematic condition like
flood, earthquake, war, tsunami or any other, for suddenly alerting purpose.
So because of that we give the name of that project SMART ALERT SYSTEM to alert the
more than thousands of people at a time and it can help to alert them in particular critical
condition and save the life and properties.
When an natural or manmade problem or situation will be create like flood ,
earthquake ,tsunami , war or any other, at that time under this area of critical condition, the
people has required to help or alerting before/after that condition, so our this system can help to
those people for alerting as well as helping purpose in minimum time.
The more interesting advantage of our system is that, it has low cost and movable system, as per
requirement we change the i/p then we can change the application of system. so we use that
system as multipurpose electronic smart alert system.
We are try to produce THE SMART ALART SYSTEM has the best Electronic system which can
usable for more n more people at critical n problematic condition when he has required help, and
we try to help those people between this project.

LITERATURE SURVEY
1) Place 1:- fire Brigade, Date:-10/08/2013
*At this place we collect the information about bridge, where we set our input section.
*As well as we collect the information about the bridges which is standing in Krishna
river under the sangli-kolhapur-satara district with his physical n technical specifications
related to our project.
*just observe and study the technical thinks which is they use in diff problematic
condition like earth quack, river flood etc.

PROPOSED METHODOLOGY
This smart alert system is basically depends on three main section and every
section is consist of an electronics concepts with his related technological tools. As
per project requirement that three sections are:
1) Input section
2) Control and observation section
3) Output section
The following basic block diagram shows the basic blocks in our project.
7| P a g e
By using this block diagram ,we can studied about project , we select the blocks and just going to
search different technical parts which will be use in our project. As per reference of that
particular block diagram we design the BLOCK DIGREAM OF SMART ALERT SYSTEM
show in below,
BLOCK DAIGRAMS:
1) INPUT SECTIOIN:-
as per input section, we can use the water or ligud level sensor to detect the water level and speed
mesuring sensors to mesuring water speed convert that physical energy in to electrical signal by
using driver circuit.. This driver circuit is an microcontrollerbased electronic circuit. Then that

In the 2ndsection, control and observation section, there are three subsystem will be
work as a control system. In that particular section involve following subsections:
Computer section.
Input /output controller.
Mobile network.
Power supply
-in the computer section all input data will be collect from all i/p
sections at a time. And test that particular data on desktop, so as per
situation data will be enter and provided towards next stage
automatically or by operator through.

4) OUTPUT SECTION:-
10| P a g e
In that section,a data which provided from 2 nd section is send toward the different
government departments (divisions) and particular people (area under the bridge)
which is under flood alert system via mobile network through on his mobile.
But in that section two types of data will be sending, one is towards Gov.
Department, it is in detail form and another for people, which is in alerting type
message.

2) RS232 cable
3) Other tools n devices as per requirement.

ADVANTAGES:
Smart alert systems can play an important role in river flood, earth quake, other natural or
manmade critical condition to alert the people as early as possible and save the life and
properties.
we change just input hardware like sensors than application of circuit is also change
Provides information to support decision making for the rapid response of emergency
Management services. (Government).
Smart alert system has low maintenance so its maintenance cost is minimum.
Portable circuit easy to handle and because that we can use this system as per season.
It is a good communication channel between theManagementservice (government)and
people.
Also Use solar power as a power supply.
DISADVANTAGES
No more disadvantages of the particular smart alert system,
Wireless connection is required so by chance network problem is created.
Because of troys rule no more SMS send by using GSM system at o/p
section.
