I, Lawrence A. Ebo, declare:

1. I am a Witness in in this case. I have personal knowledge of the facts I state below, and if
I were to be called as a witness, I could competently testify about what I have written in
this declaration.
2. I am over the age of 18 and am a resident of the State of California. I have personal knowledge of
the facts herein, and if called as a witness, could testify competently thereto.
3. I suffer no legal disabilities and have personal knowledge of the facts set forth below.
4. On January 4, 2015, Ana Bidoglio and I picked up Lynda Sherman at her residence and drove her
to the Santa Monica Promenade (The Promenade).
5. I observed Lynda Sherman give Ana Bidoglio a disabled persons parking placard.
6. I drove Ana Bidoglio and Lynda Sherman to The Promenade and parked in Parking Lot Street 2,
Ground Level.
7. Lynda Sherman requested that we park in the handicap section of the parking structure.
8. Ana Bidoglio hung Placard No. G565355 on her rearview mirror and placed money in the parking
meter.
9. I was not aware that Placard No. G565355 was invalid.
10. During our time at The Promenade, I returned to the handicap parking section of Parking Lot
Street 2, Ground Level and placed additional money in the parking meter.
11. I did not notice any citations on Ana Bidoglios windshield when I placed additional money in the
parking meter.
12. After we conducted business at The Promenade, we returned to Parking Lot Street 2, Ground
Level and found two Santa Monica Police Department citations on Ana Bidoglios windshield.
13. When Ana Bidoglio, Lynda Sherman, and I returned to Lynda Shermans residence, Lynda
Sherman stated that she had given Ana Bidoglio the Placard that was not registered to her.
14. On January 4, 2015, I witnessed Lynda Sherman tell Ana Bidoglio that she had given Ana the
wrong Placard, and she would pay the citations.

15. On January 4, 2015, Lynda Sherman showed Ana Bidoglio and me two State of California
Disabled Person Parking Placards (Placard), G565694 and G565355.
16. I observed that Placards G565694 and G565355 were the same color, the first alphabetical letter
and the first three numeric numbers for each Placard were identical, and both Placards had the
same expiration date of June 30, 2015.
17. On January 4, 2015, I observed Lynda Sherman write a check to Ana Bidoglio in the amount of
$450.00 to pay for the two citations.
I declare under penalty of perjury under the laws of the State of California that the foregoing is true
and correct and that this Declaration has been executed on this day _______of ____________ 2015 at
Newport Beach, California.
