RESISTENCIA

Aerbica: (Course Navette). Para el grupo de 9 a 13 aos el


informe redactado por el preparador en funcin de lo visto en los
entrenamientos, ya que este grupo no realizan la course navette..
Informe 1:
- No posee suficiente resistencia aerbica para el tenis, lo que
ocasiona que la fatiga aparezca antes de tiempo y, consecuentemente, se
produzca una disminucin del rendimiento fsico. Por estos motivos, debe
mejorar considerablemente esta capacidad, saliendo a correr regularmente.
Informe 2:
- Posee una buena capacidad del sistema respiratorio y cardiovascular
que proporciona un aporte suficiente de oxgeno y nutrientes al sistema
muscular, es decir, su resistencia aerbica es buena pero se debera mejorar
para que su tenis mejore con ella. Hemos visto que el jugador es capaz de
realizar un ejercicio de baja intensidad durante mucho tiempo pero para ello
requera de un esfuerzo extra. Es recomendable que aumente en progresin
el tiempo que dedica a la carrera para mejorar la R. Aerbica.
Informe 3:
- Posee una buena capacidad del sistema respiratorio y cardiovascular
que proporciona un aporte extraordinario de oxgeno y nutrientes al sistema
muscular, es decir, una muy buena resistencia aerbica. Hemos visto que el
jugador es capaz de realizar un ejercicio de baja intensidad durante mucho
tiempo sin ningn problema.
STAMINA

RESISTENCIA AERBICA (400m)
Informe 1:

alta intensidad y corta duracin tpicos del tenis, aunque con mucho
esfuerzo como hemos podido observar en los entrenamientos.

rpidamente ante las urgencias que surjan, esto es, una muy buena
resistencia anaerbica que le ayuda a mantener esfuerzos de alta
intensidad y corta duracin tpicos en el tenis.

FUERZA
Tren Superior: (Baln medicinal)

necesaria para golpear fuertemente a la pelota y que sta llegue al lado
contrario lo antes posible. Para esto el jugador necesita desarrollar una
buena capacidad de fuerza muscular, ms concretamente, una fuerza capaz
de actuar en un corto periodo de tiempo, propia de los lanzamientos ligeros.
Esto es lo que llamamos potencia o fuerza explosiva. Tendr que mejorar
esta cualidad mediante el entrenamiento, pero siempre dentro de los lmites
aconsejados para su edad, ya que el trabajo de la fuerza es muy delicado en
los jvenes tenistas.

le permite golpear a la pelota con fuerza y que esta llegue al lado contrario
lo antes posible. Para esto, el jugador est en disposicin de una buena

actuar en un corto periodo de tiempo, propia de los lanzamientos ligeros.
Esto es lo que llamamos potencia o fuerza explosiva. Consideramos que no
es suficiente con mantener ese nivel, con lo que tendr que entrenar para
mejorar, pero siempre dentro de los lmites aconsejados para su edad, ya
que el trabajo de la fuerza es muy delicado en los jvenes tenistas.

Este jugador no posee una buena fuerza muscular, lo que ocasiona no poder
desplazarse rpidamente y llegar a tiempo para golpear la pelota. Al igual
que tiene que mejorar la fuerza explosiva de sus piernas que es
indispensable para tener una buena capacidad de aceleracin. Tiene que
mejorar esta cualidad, pero siempre dentro de los lmites aconsejados para
su edad, ya que el trabajo de la fuerza es muy delicado en los jvenes
tenistas.

unas piernas fuertes, influir en su velocidad. Al igual que la fuerza
explosiva de sus piernas que le es indispensable para tener una buena
capacidad de aceleracin. Tiene que mantener y a ser posible mejorar esta
cualidad, pero siempre dentro de los lmites aconsejados para su edad, ya
que el trabajo de la fuerza es muy delicado en los jvenes tenistas.

VELOCIDAD

- Su velocidad en general es insuficiente para cumplir con eficacia las


exigencias de un partido de tenis, con lo que va a tener que entrenar los
distintos tipos que menciono a continuacin. Yendo por partes, si el jugador
no mejora su capacidad de aceleracin que la encuadramos en la cualidad
llamada velocidad desplazamiento, no podr completar eficazmente el ciclo
normal de un golpeo que incluye: arrancar, acelerar y volver. A su vez, no
posee una buena velocidad en la ejecucin de los golpes con todo lo que
ello conlleva, a esta cualidad la llamamos velocidad gestual.

encuadrarla dentro de la cualidad fsica que llamamos velocidad de
desplazamiento. En tenis los desplazamientos medios son de 4 metros
(mximo de 14 metros), lo que le permite completar pero con alguna
dificultad el ciclo normal de un golpe que incluye: arrancar, acelerar y
volver. A su vez, posee una velocidad en la ejecucin de los golpes dentro
de la media, a esta cualidad la llamamos velocidad gestual. Por estos
motivos es aconsejable no descuidar el entrenamiento de estas cualidades y
a ser posible incrementar el mismo.

aceleraciones y cambios de direccin. Este jugador no consigue romper con
la rapidez necesaria la inercia, que es la fase ms dura de las carreras y
ms an en arrancadas de carrera lateral. Para realizar esta tarea fsica, el
jugador tendr que mejorar mediante el entrenamiento la capacidad de
aceleracin, que podemos encuadrarla dentro de la cualidad fsica que
llamamos velocidad de desplazamiento, en este caso lateral.

FLEXIBILIDAD:

de las articulaciones) y tambin necesita mejorar considerablemente su
elasticidad muscular (capacidad de estirar el msculo), ya que esto le
dificulta a la hora de realizar: a nivel de miembros inferiores
(desplazamientos y posiciones forzadas), y en tronco y miembros superiores
(golpear a la pelota en posiciones forzadas). Tendr que entrenar mucho
esta cualidad y un buen mtodo es el FNP o Streching (lo aprendieron en los
entrenamientos), le ayudar a mejorar las deficiencias de su tenis en este
aspecto.

de las articulaciones) y tambin, una buena elasticidad muscular (capacidad
de estirar el msculo), lo que le permite a nivel de miembros inferiores

(golpear a la pelota en posiciones forzadas). Pero no con demasiada fluidez,
con lo que no tiene que descuidar el trabajo de la flexibilidad, porque sino
repercutir en su tenis. El mtodo FNP o Streching (lo aprendieron en los
entrenamientos) le ayudar a desarrollar un tenis ms eficaz.

Agilidad: (Los varemos son la media entre el test con y sin raqueta)

- La rapidez con que debe cubrirse la pista y devolverse la pelota al campo
contrario requiere que el tenista tenga tanto agilidad como fuerza. En
consecuencia, para que el tenista tenga una buena agilidad es necesario
que posea fuerza en los tendones, as como las articulaciones y los
msculos han de tener la flexibilidad necesaria para permitir
desplazamientos y movimientos veloces, ya que la agilidad depende de
todos estos factores. Este jugador no cumple lo suficiente estas condiciones,
con lo que su escasa agilidad le impide moverse con soltura por la pista y
por lo tanto poder desarrollar un tenis eficaz. Es necesario que entrene las

cualidades de las que depende la agilidad para corregir esta deficiencia y


mejorar en su tenis.
