TERMS & CONDITIONS
1) The procurement of the above-listed goods shall be governed by RA 9184 and other
pertinent Government Procurement Policy Board (GPPB) Resolutions.
2) The amount offered by the supplier/ contractor for the goods must not exceed the Approved
Budget for the Contract.
3) The offer must be valid for fifteen (15) calendar days upon receipt.
4) The suppliers must be within Cotabato City and Central Mindanao.
5) The suppliers must be able to deliver said services before end of June 2015.
