About the Author

Dr S.K. Singh holds a Masters and PhD degree from Indian Institute of Technology Delhi. For the
bachelor's degree, he received a gold medal from AMU. He is a recipient of Young Scientist award
from the Department of Science and Technology (DST), Government of India, and Young Teacher
award from All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE) for his contribution in research and
teaching. He has authored more than 40 international journal and conference papers and received
sponsored project grants from AICTE and DST. He has guided four PhD, one M.Tech. and 16
B.Tech. theses. Prior to being a professor at GRIET, Hyderabad, he worked in BHEL and served
as an IES officer for Government of India. He has a vast experience of effective teaching for IES,
IAS, GATE and other competitive examinations. He also runs an institute for the welfare of
students to provide technical coaching for GATE/IES in Hyderabad (www.LNECGATE.org).

Mr V. Anand is a postgraduate in computer applications. Presently, he is working as an Associate


Professor at GRIET, Hyderabad. He has vast teaching experience with excellence in training
students for campus recruitments. His teaching expertise lies in English, Aptitude and Reasoning.

Mr A.E. Reddy is a topper of his batch in Mechanical Engineering from MVGR College of
Engineering (JNTU) in the year of 2007. He has an experience of four years at IBM India Pvt. Ltd.
and is currently working with TCS Ltd. as senior developer in SAP ABAP Module.
