DEED OF CHATTEL MORTGAGE

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

I, Eddar Stark, of legal age, single with residence at 56 Matiwasay Street,
Quezon City, hereinafter known as MORTGAGOR, and PHOEBE C. BUFFET,
single with residence at 5 Maginhawa St., Quezon City herein referred to as the
MORTGAGEE.
WITNESSETH:
That the mortgagor is indebted unto the mortgagee in the sum of Three
Hundred Thousand Pesos (P300,000.00), receipt of which is acknowledged
by the mortgagor upon signing of this instrument, payable within a period of two
years, with interest thereon at the rate of six percent (6%) per centum, per
annum.
That for and in consideration of this indebtedness, and to assure the
performance of said obligation to pay, the MORTGAGOR hereby conveys by way
of CHATTEL MORTGAGE unto the MORTGAGEE, his heirs and assigns, the
following motor vehicle now in the possession of said MORTGAGOR:

SERIAL/CHASSIS NO. : 121314
PLATE NO. : ABC-789
of which I am the true and absolute owner by title thereto, being evidenced by
Registration Certificate of Motor Vehicle No. 1326 issued in my name by the Land
Transportation Office on July 12, 2012.
That the condition of this obligation is that should the MORTGAGOR
perform the obligation to pay the herein-above cited indebtedness of Three
Hundred Thousand Pesos (P300,000.00) together with accrued interest
thereon, this chattel mortgage shall at once become null and void and of no effect
whatsoever, otherwise, it shall remain in full force and effect.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, we have hereunto signed this deed of chattel

mortgage, this 11th day of December, 2014 at Quezon City.

AFFIDAVIT OF GOOD FAITH

We, the undersigned MORTGAGOR and MORTGAGEE, severally swear that
the foregoing chattel mortgage is made and executed for the purpose of securing
the obligation specified therein, and for no other purpose, and that the same is a
just and valid obligation, and one not entered into for the purposes of fraud.
