4. Implementation

Organizations can choose between three


options towards a Fusion implementation,
each at its own specific business pace.
These options are explained in more detail
in figure 2.
Oracle Fusion Applications suites and/or
modules can be hosted in an Oracle cloud
or on physical servers at clients premises.
Oracle cloud environments can be securely
shared with other organizations (Pubic
Cloud) to decrease operating costs.
Alternatively, organizations can choose a
hosted private environment (Private Cloud)
to meet local legislation or strict data
integrity/security requirements. A mix of
these options for multiple modules/suites
is possible as well, providing organizations
the opportunity to adapt to the hosting
model which meets their security and
hosting needs.
