BOTH SIDES OF FLAPS AND ESPECIALLY
IN ARTICULATION AREA.
NOTE : IN ORDER TO CORRECTLY INSPECT INTERNAL
ZONES OF FLAPS :
- OPERATE FLAPS BY HANDS,
- USE MAGNIFYING GLASSES AND ADAPTED
LIGHT SOURCE.
1. CAREFULLY INSPECT FLAPS (1) & (2) FOR :
- CRACKS AND ABNORMAL PLAYS/GAPS ON
EXTERNAL SURFACES.
- CRACKS AND ABNORMAL PLAYS/GAPS ON
INTERNAL SURFACES.
2. CAREFULLY INSPECT HINGE FITTINGS (3) & (4)
FOR :
- CRACKS AND ABNORMAL PLAYS/GAPS.
- MISSING OR LOOSE FASTENERS, SCREWS,
NUTS.
3. CHECK FOR REDUCED GAPS AND FREEDOM OF
MOVEMENTS.
